Cinnamon rolls, or cinnamon rolls, are one of the desserts that originate in American cuisine. Cinnamon dough can be prepared at home or purchased ready-made from shops and markets. There are those who rely on cinnamon bread or croissants to prepare false cinnamon.
Cinnabon and caramel sauce

🔹A cup and a quarter of brown sugar.
🔹A teaspoon of vanilla.
🔹A cup of pecans - for garnish.
💠Preparation:
🔹Place the butter and sugar in a deep bowl and whisk until the mixture dissolves completely.
🔹Add the cream and vanilla, and continue whisking until the ingredients are combined and a thick sauce is formed.
🔹Pour the sauce over the cinnamon and sprinkle some walnuts.
Cinnabon and white chocolate sauce
💠Ingredients:
🔹Five hundred grams of butter.
🔹Five hundred grams of cheese.
🔹One hundred grams of sugar.
🔹Two teaspoons of lemon juice.
🔹Two teaspoons of vanilla extract.
💠Preparation:
🔹Place the butter and cheese out of the refrigerator at room temperature.
🔹Beat the cheese, cream, and ghee together in a blender bowl.
🔹Slowly add powdered sugar.
🔹Mix the mixture for twelve minutes until it is completely mixed and becomes a creamy mixture, then add vanilla and lemon juice.

🔹Big egg.
🔹A cup of warm water.
🔹A teaspoon of baking powder.
🔹A quarter cup of melted butter.
🔹Half a teaspoon of salt.
🔹A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.
🔹A tablespoon of instant yeast.

🔹A quarter cup of light brown sugar.
🔹A cup of crushed chocolate.
🔹Two tablespoons of each:
🔹Crushed hazelnuts.
🔹Plain cocoa powder.
🔹Cinnamon.
🔹Three tablespoons of soft butter.
💠Chocolate sauce ingredients:
🔹Half a teaspoon of liquid vanilla.
🔹A cup and a half of fine powdered sugar.
🔹A quarter cup of plain cocoa powder.
🔹A little milk.
💠Preparation:
🔹Place three cups of flour, yeast, baking powder, and salt in the mixer and run it at a slow speed for several seconds to mix the dough ingredients.
🔹Add eggs, vanilla, butter, and water, and run at medium speed until a dough forms and separates from the edges of the bowl, then add the rest of the flour and run at slow speed for four minutes.
🔹Place the dough in a warm place for sixty minutes until it doubles in size.
🔹Bring baking trays.
🔹Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface until it becomes rectangular.
🔹Spread the butter on the dough and distribute the sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa, cinnamon, and chocolate, then wrap the end of the dough over the filling and press lightly to reach the end of the rectangle, then close the end of the dough over the filling and press so that the end of the dough sticks well.
