Aloe Vera Syrup
💠Ingredients:
- A cup of tamarind (aloe vera) for Drinking.
- Eight cups of water.
- A tablespoon of rose water - as desired-.

💠Method:
- Put the tamarind in a pot and add water to it, then put the pot on the fire and leave it until it boils.
- Cover the pot and leave the tamarind until it soaks well and dissolves.
- Strain the mixture to get rid of impurities and the core.
- Add sugar to the tamarind syrup, in addition to rose water and crushed ice.
Hibiscus and Tamarind Drink
💠Ingredients:
- A cup of tamarind.
- A cup of hibiscus.
- A cup and a half of sugar.
- Two liters of water.
- Water.
💠Method:
- Put the tamarind, hibiscus, water and sugar in a stainless steel pot, and stir the ingredients well until the sugar dissolves.
- Place the pot on medium heat, and let it boil gently for five minutes.
- Leave the mixture in the pot, and put it in the refrigerator for hours or for a whole night.
- Strain the drink with a fine strainer and add more water according to the desired taste and concentration, and serve it cold with ice cubes.
Tamarind and Ginger Drink
💠Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 1 piece of ginger or 1 teaspoon of ground ginger.
- 1/4 cup of coconut nectar or you can use maple syrup.
- 6 cups of lukewarm water.
- 1 box of fresh tamarind pods (about 2 to 3 cups of tamarind paste).
💠Method:
- Remove the brown tamarind tops by hand and remove the stem from the pulp.
- Place the tamarind pulp in a deep heatproof bowl and pour warm water over the tamarind and leave it to soak for 10 to 15 minutes until the tamarind softens.
- Pour the tamarind soak into the blender jug and add the ginger to it, then turn on the blender until the ingredients are ground and the juice is formed.
- Leave the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes until the seeds settle at the bottom of the blender.
- Place a cloth over a bowl, then pour the tamarind juice over it and filter the juice.
- Sweeten the juice with coconut nectar and vanilla, then pour the juice into serving glasses, add ice cubes to it and serve cold.
