How to prepare Tamarind sauce

- A cup of tamarind.
- A finely chopped onion.
- Half a teaspoon of salt.

- A cup and a half of boiling water.

- Put the tamarind in a deep bowl, then pour water over it and leave it for about two hours until it dissolves completely.
- Pour the tamarind into an electric blender and add the onion, salt, cumin, and black pepper and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.
- Put the tamarind sauce in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour until the flavors are concentrated.

- A cup of hibiscus.
- A cup of tamarind.
- Eight cups of water.
- A sufficient amount of ice.
- A cup and a half of sugar.

- Put the hibiscus, tamarind, water, and sugar in a deep bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the ingredients into a pot, then put it on the fire and leave it for five minutes until it boils.
