Nescafe Cake Recipe | Sofrat Hadhramia



Nescafe cake with cream 

💠Ingredients:  
🔹Two hundred and forty milliliters of heavy whipping cream. 

🔹Two cans of tea biscuits. 

🔹One tablespoon of Nescafe dissolved in two cups of hot water. 

🔹Unsweetened cocoa - for decoration -.

💠Preparation: 
🔹Whisk the cream using an electric whisk to get a heavy and homogeneous cream. 

🔹Dip the biscuits in the Nescafe for several seconds, then arrange an appropriate amount to cover the base of a medium-sized glass dish. 

🔹Put a layer of cream and spread it well, then make a second layer of biscuits soaked in Nescafe, then another layer of cream and repeat the step to get layers of cream and biscuits that end with a layer of cream.

🔹Spread the cocoa on the face and cover it with a thin layer, then put the dish in the refrigerator for three to four hours and serve the cake cold.

Nescafe cake with almonds 


💠Ingredients: 

🔹Half a cup of raw almonds.

🔹Half a cup of sugar. 

🔹Two hundred and twenty-five grams of whipped cream. 

🔹Medium box of sweetened condensed milk. 

🔹A medium box of cream. 

Tea biscuits. 

🔹Four tablespoons of Nescafe. 

🔹A cup of hot water.

💠Preparation: 

🔹Put the almonds with sugar in a non-stick frying pan and stir it until it melts, but care must be taken so that it does not burn, then put the mixture on top of a butter paper and spread it well and leave it until it cools completely. 

🔹Breaking the sugar plate and dry almonds to get crumbs of almonds and sugar.

🔹Whisk the cream with two-thirds of the condensed milk, two tablespoons of Nescafe, and the cream in a deep dish, using an electric mixer to get a homogeneous mixture. 

🔹Dissolve the remaining Nescafe in water, add the remaining milk, stir well and set it aside. 

🔹Dip the biscuits in the Nescafe and put a layer of it in a suitable glass plate, then put a layer of cream and spread it well, then sprinkle a little almonds, then repeat the step to get layers as desired, ending with a layer of almonds.

🔹Cover the dish with a piece of nylon and put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours and serve the cake cold.


Nescafe cake with chocolat


🔹A tablespoon of Nescafe. 

🔹A cup of whipping cream. 

🔹One and a half cups of water. 

🔹Two and a third of all-purpose flour. 

🔹One and a half teaspoons of baking soda. 

🔹A cup and a third of the white chocolate with vanilla flavour. 

🔹A third of a cup of vegetable oil.
 
🔹One and two-thirds of a cup of sugar. 

🔹Two-thirds of a cup of unsweetened condensed milk. 

🔹Four eggs. 

🔹Two tablespoons of white vinegar. 

🔹A teaspoon of liquid vanilla. 

🔹Two-thirds of a cup of unsweetened cocoa.

💠Preparation: 

🔹Grease two circular molds with oil and line them with butter paper, heat the oven at 180°C. 

🔹Mix the Nescafe with the cream, and the water well until it melts. 

🔹Put the white chocolate and oil in a suitable microwave dish, insert it into it and run it for a minute, then stir the chocolate and turn it on again for half a minute or more until completely dissolved. 

🔹Mix a cup and a third of flour with bicarbonate in a deep dish and set it aside.

🔹Add sugar, vinegar, Nescafe mixture, eggs, condensed milk, and vanilla to the melted chocolate and stir well until the mixture becomes homogeneous, then add the mixture to the flour, sodium bicarbonate and whisk well until the flour disappears completely. 

🔹Remove a quarter of a cup of the mixture and set it aside, then add the rest of the flour and mix well to get a homogeneous and soft dough and pour the cake mixture into the two molds.

🔹Mix the cocoa with the mixture that is set aside until it disappears, then pour the mixture evenly in the middle of the molds. 

🔹Put the two molds into the oven from forty to forty-five minutes, until the cake is completely cooked, with the wooden toothpick coming out clean.

🔹Take the two molds out of the oven and leave them to cool for ten minutes, then turn them over and take out the cake and leave it to cool completely before serving, or it can be decorated with vanilla sauce, as desired.
