They have several types depending on the ingredients involved in their preparation. There are chocolate cookies, regular cookies, or oat cookies. In this article, we will learn how to prepare cookies with different types of flavours
Oatmeal and raisin cookies
💠Ingredients:
🔹Three quarters of a cup of white sugar.
🔹A quarter cup of brown sugar.
🔹A stick of butter.
🔹A teaspoon of butter.
🔹Half a teaspoon of vanilla.
🔹An egg.
🔹Three quarters of a cup of flour.
🔹Half a teaspoon of baking soda.
🔹Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
🔹A quarter teaspoon of salt.
🔹A cup and a half of oats.
🔹Half a cup of black raisins.
🔹Half a cup of chopped walnuts.
💠Preparation:
🔹Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius, and grease the oven tray with a teaspoon of butter.
🔹Mix the white sugar, brown sugar, and butter in the bowl of an electric mixer until the ingredients are homogeneous, then add the vanilla and the egg and mix the ingredients again until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
🔹Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, and knead the ingredients, then add the oats, raisins, and walnuts, and mix the ingredients until you have a sticky but cohesive dough.
🔹Shape the dough into circles in the tray, leaving space between the cookie pieces.
🔹Place the tray in the oven, and bake the cookies for about ten
minutes until they become golden.
🔹Take the cookies out of the oven, set them aside until they cool, then serve them.

💠Ingredients:
🔹A cup of unsalted butter at room temperature (equivalent to 200 grams).
🔹2/3 cup of sugar (equivalent to 150 grams)
🔹 2 cups (equivalent to 300 grams) of flour.
🔹 A teaspoon of vanilla extract (equivalent to 5 grams).
🔹 A tablespoon of colored sprinkles (equivalent to 15 grams).
💠Preparation:
🔹Preheat the oven to 163 degrees Celsius, and line two trays with parchment paper.
Place the butter in a deep bowl, then whisk with 2/3 cup of sugar until completely mixed.
🔹Add the flour and vanilla and mix well with the butter.
🔹Scoop an amount of cookie dough using an ice cream scoop until the pieces are equal sizes.
🔹Place the biscuits on a plate sprinkled with 3 tablespoons of sugar to cover them.
🔹Place the biscuits on the oven tray. Instructions: You must leave a space of 5 centimeters between each piece so that they do not stick together when they are cooked in the oven.
🔹Press the biscuits with the bottom of a cup to spread them out slightly.

🔹 Place sugar, flour, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and salt in a deep bowl and mix the ingredients together.
