Cinnabon white sauce
💠Ingredients:
🔹Two cups of granulated sugar.
🔹Two tablespoons of melted butter.
🔹A teaspoon of vanilla.
🔹A tablespoon of milk.
💠Preparation:
🔹Mix butter, sugar and vanilla together in a deep bowl, then add half the amount of milk to it and stir to obtain a thick sauce.
🔹Distribute the white sauce over the cold cinnamon before serving it.

🔹Place the cream cheese and butter in a large bowl, then beat them using an electric hand mixer until the mixture becomes creamy.
🔹Add milk and vanilla to the mixture and mix them, then gradually add sugar to them and add salt to them while mixing them to obtain a very smooth mixture.

🔹Three quarters of a cup of whipped cream.
🔹A teaspoon of cinnamon.

💠Preparation:
🔹Place the sugar in a medium-sized thick frying pan, and place it over medium heat while stirring until it becomes an amber color.
🔹Add the butter to the sugar in the pan and stir to dissolve it, then add half the amount of cream and stir to add the rest of it to the mixture.

🔹One and a half cups of pecans, cut into large pieces.
🔹A quarter teaspoon of salt.
🔹A cup and a half of brown sugar.
🔹A quarter cup of corn syrup.
🔹Half a cup of melted butter.

💎 Preparing the dough:
🔹Mix all ingredients using a hand mixer, without adding flour.
🔹 Add two cups of flour to the mixture, then stir them with a wooden spoon to mix them.
🔹Gradually add the remaining flour while running the whisk, until a smooth mixture is formed.
🔹 Place the dough in a dish greased with oil, cover it and leave it for an hour and a half until it ferments, then knead it again and re-ferment it for forty minutes.
🔹 Roll out the fermented dough into a rectangular shape, then brush it with soft butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
