- Divide each dough into three equal parts, then wrap it with cling film, put it in the refrigerator, and leave it for at least twenty-five minutes.
- Spread each section of dough on a hard surface sprinkled with flour, then place each square between two sheets of butter, then put the squares in the refrigerator and leave them for at least fifteen minutes.
- Take the chocolate dough and the plain dough out of the refrigerator.
- Remove the butter paper, then place the two squares on top of each other, and press them using a rolling pin, especially on the edges, so that the two squares stick together.
- Roll the squares until you get a cylinder shape, then wrap the cylinder using plastic paper, and put it in the upper drawer of the refrigerator, then leave it for at least three hours.
- Repeat the process until you get three cylinders.
- Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius, then wrap the tray using butter paper.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator, then cut it using a sharp knife into a group of circles, then arrange them in the oven tray.
- Put the tray in the oven, and leave it for no less than fourteen minutes until the biscuits are cooked.
