Crumbled Chicken



🌀Crumbled Chicken  

💠Ingredients: 
🔹Two cups of chicken broth. 
🔹A cup of rice and vegetable oil. 🔹Half a cup of pine nuts. 
🔹Five hundred grams of yogurt and chicken pieces with the bones. 
🔹A loaf of Arabic bread. 
🔹Five grains of cardamom. 
🔹Four pieces of mastic. 
🔹Two tablespoons of vegetable oil. 
🔹A tablespoon of butter. 
🔹Dry chili pepper and chopped parsley to serve. 
🔹Two cloves of garlic. 
🔹Two laurel leaves. 
🔹A stick of cinnamon. 
🔹Salt, to taste.

💠Preparation
🔹Boil the chicken pieces with each of: mastic, water, cardamom, cinnamon and laurel leaves until they are cooked. 

🔹Clean the chicken from the skin and bones, chop the meat, and cut the loaf of bread into squares. 

🔹Heat a cup of oil well and fry the bread pieces in it until they are browned, and then remove the pieces from the oil and transfer them on kitchen paper and leave them until they become cold. 

🔹Crush the garlic and add it to the milk, then add salt to taste and mix the milk well with the rest of the ingredients. 

🔹Fry the pine in oil until it is browned, then remove it from the heat and add butter to it, and stir it until it is thawed. 

🔹Spread a layer of fried bread in a serving dish, then spread the rice on it, then sprinkle half the amount of chicken pieces, then pour the yogurt on the layers, then spread the second layer of chicken on the surface of the milk.

🔹Decorate the dish with: dry chili pepper, pine and parsley, then serve. 




🌀Crumbled Chicken with mincemeat 

💠Ingredients: 
🔹Half a teaspoon of black pepper. 
🔹A teaspoon of turmeric, fine coriander and salt. 
🔹Three tablespoons of olive oil. 
🔹A kilogram of chopped chicken. 
🔹A large piece of chopped onion. 
🔹Five cloves of crushed garlic. 

💠Rice Ingredients:
🔹two cups of water and short grain rice. 
🔹Two teaspoons of salt. 
🔹Two tablespoons of olive oil. 

💠MinceGarlic Ingredients: 
🔹¼ cup of lemon juice and olive oil. 
🔹Two pods of hot red and green peppers. 
🔹Six cloves of garlic. 

💠Serving Ingredients: 
🔹Two loaves of toasted bread. 
🔹A cup of milk.

💠 Chicken Preparation: 

🔹Heat the oil in a saucepan, then add garlic and onions and stir them until they wilt. 

🔹Add the chicken and stir it on all sides, then cover the pot until the chicken is slightly brown. 

🔹Add water to completely cover the chicken, add turmeric, pepper and coriander, and leave the mixture until it is completely cooked. 

🔹Filter the broth and keep it hot.

💠Rice Preparation: 
🔹Heat the olive oil, add the rice to it and stir it a little. 

🔹Add both: water and salt and leave the rice at a high temperature until the boiling point is reduced, reduce the temperature, cover the pot and leave it until it is completely cooked.

💠Mincemeat preparation: 
🔹Put: olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, hot pepper and salt in the food processor and turn on the mixer until a smooth mixture is obtained, and set it aside. 

🔹Break a quantity of toasted bread in a serving dish, put it on the plate, then distribute some mincemeat on it, then the hot sauce, in order for the bread to absorb it well. 

🔹Distribute the rice on the bread, then arrange the chicken pieces, then distribute the mincemeat. 

🔹Distribute the milk to the Crumbled Chicken, then decorate it with pieces of toasted bread. 

🔹Distribute some nuts on the Crumbled Chicken, then serve it directly.
