🔹One cup of flour.

💠Preparation:
🔹Sift the flour and salt in a deep dish.
🔹Put a cup of water and a stick of butter in a small saucepan over a low heat and add sugar to them.
🔹Leave the mixture on the fire until the butter melts. Then add the flour to the bowl in which the mixture is placed, and stir it well inside the bowl until the lumps disappear, then return the mixture to the pot and put it on the fire and stir it constantly for two minutes.
🔹Gradually add the eggs to the mixture each time, add an egg, then beat the mixture well, then add the egg yolk and beat well, then put it inside the decorating bag.
🔹Bring a tray and grease it with butter, and it is best to be rectangular.
🔹Squeeze the bag to get the mixture out of the front and make fingers on the surface of the tray, keep it a little spaced apart.
🔹After the decoration is finished, put the tray in the middle of the oven at 200 ° C for ten minutes, and then reduce the temperature to 180 ° C for 25 minutes, or it is possible to monitor the shape of the eclair until its surface is transformed into Brown color.
🔹Remove the tray from the oven and set it aside until the Eclair cools, then take each pill and open it from the side and put the custard in it, strawberries, or chocolate, as desired. Take the chocolate and cover it from the top.

🔹Half a cup of sugar.
🔹A third of a cup of cocoa.
🔹Four teaspoons of starch.
Two egg yolks.
🔹A small spoonful of vanilla.
🔹A small pinch of salt.
