How to make maqlouba with meat



💠Boiled Meat Ingredients:
🔹A kilo of chopped meat. 
🔹Chopped onion. 
🔹Five black peppers. 
🔹Five grains of cardamom. 
🔹A stick of cinnamon. 
🔹A teaspoon of salt.

💠Boiled Rice Ingredients: 
🔹Half a teaspoon of saffron. 
🔹Two tablespoons of rose water.
🔹Three cups of basmati rice. 
🔹A tablespoon of corn oil. 
🔹A tablespoon of salt. 
🔹Five grains of cardamom

💠The vegetable layer 
🔹Three tablespoons of corn oil. 
🔹Two large onions, coarsely chopped. 
🔹Six cloves of crushed garlic. 
🔹Two pods of chopped green pepper. 
🔹A teaspoon of turmeric. 
🔹A teaspoon of mixed spice. 
🔹Half a teaspoon of black pepper. Two medium potatoes, cut into slices. 
🔹Two medium tomatoes, cut into slices. 
🔹Medium red pepper, cut into slices. 
🔹A cup of chopped coriander.

💠Meat Preparation: 
🔹Place the meat in a deep saucepan, with onions, peppers, salt, cardamom, and cinnamon, then immerse the meat in water, and put the pot over a medium heat until it is completely cooked. 

🔹Remove the meat from the broth, filter it, and keep it hot.

💠Rice Preparation:
🔹Put the saffron and rose water in a small dish, and set it aside. 

🔹Heat a lot of water in a deep saucepan over a strong heat until the water boils, and add rice, oil, salt and cardamom. 

🔹Boil the rice until it doubles in size, so that it is not fully cooked, then filter it and get rid of the cardamom.

💠Mqloupa Preparation: 
🔹Put the oil in a medium-size and thick-bottom saucepan, heat it over a medium heat, then add the onions, and stir until golden. 

🔹Add garlic, pepper, and meat, and stir the ingredients for three minutes, until the meat is browned, then add the turmeric, spices, and black pepper.

🔹Arrange the meat in the form of a layer on the bottom of the pot, and on top of it a layer of arranged potatoes, then distribute some coriander, distribute the rice, then put the tomatoes, sprinkle some coriander and rice, put the pepper, then the rest of the coriander, and add the rest of the rice. Pour two cups of broth over the rice, and distribute the saffron and rose water mixture.

🔹Cover the pot, and leave it on a strong heat for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat, and leave it for 40-50 minutes, until the rice is cooked, and the vegetables are cooked.
