Brownies

Brownies are one of the sweetest American cuisines that are loved by the hearts of adults and children.It is also an easy-to-cook and delicious dessert.

The brownies layer ingredients

🔹You can dispense with the cheese layer with caramel sauce:

Caramel sauce

🔹A cup of sugar.
🔹Half a cup of water.
🔹Quarter cup of cooking cream or any cream.
🔹A teaspoon of vanilla.

💠Preparation of caramel sauce:
🔹Put the sugar and water on the fire, then leave it until it boils.

🔹Watch the sugar discoloration; It should be brownish, and be careful to burn.

🔹When the sugar turns brown, remove the pot from the heat, add the liquid cream and vanilla to it, then return it to the fire for only one minute.

🔹Put the mixture in a heat-resistant glass bowl.

Tips

🔹Sift the flour and cocoa before putting them in the mixture.

🔹Cream cheese: It is a smooth, greasy cheese, which is often used to prepare sandwiches.

🔹It is very important for eggs, butter, and cream cheese to be at room temperature, in order to avoid the appearance of lumps in the mixture.

🔹You can dispense with the cheese layer by replacing it with some nuts, such as; walnut, melted chocolate, or Nutella, or eat it as it is.
