Easy Tiramisu recipe | Sofrat hadhramia


Original Tiramisu


💠Dough ingredients:

🔹Three tablespoons of sugar.
 
🔹Two tablespoons of liquid milk, or cold water.

🔹A cup and a half of flour.

🔹A small pinch of salt.

🔹Half a cup of butter.

🔹Half a tablespoon of liquid vanilla.

🔹One egg yolk.

💠Cake mix ingredients:

🔹Three eggs.

🔹Half a cup of flour.

🔹A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.

🔹Half a tablespoon of melted butter.

🔹A small pinch of salt.

💠Coffee syrup ingredients:

🔹Two tablespoons of ready-made coffee.

🔹One cup of hot water.

🔹Tow big spoon of sugar.

 💠Cream ingredients:

 🔹Tow big spoon of sugar.

🔹 One cup of liquid cream.

 🔹A teaspoon of liquid vanilla. 

🔹 One hundred grams of chocolate.

💠Decorating:

🔹A quarter cup of cocoa powder.

💠Preparation:

🔹Preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius.

🔹Bring five individual tart molds and place them on a tray.

🔹Prepare the dough, put the flour, sugar, salt, and butter in the blender at high speed until a crumbly mixture is formed.

🔹Add vanilla, egg yolk, and a tablespoon of water, and mix at medium speed until a cohesive dough is formed.

Take a small piece of the dough and press it. If it is crumbled, add the rest of the water and mix it for several seconds in the blender until the dough becomes cohesive.

🔹Divide the dough into five equal pieces, and place each piece in a mold.

🔹Press the dough into each mold until it covers the bottom and edges, and place the molds in the tray.

 🔹Bake the molds for fifteen minutes until golden.

🔹Leave the molds until they cool completely, then take the tart out and set it aside.

🔹Prepare the cake mixture, and place a piece of parchment paper in a tray.

🔹Sift the flour and salt.

🔹Place the sugar, eggs, and liquid vanilla in a bowl of hot water over low heat.

🔹Stir the eggs gently until heated through.

🔹Place the egg mixture in the blender at medium speed until it becomes fluffy and light in color.

🔹Pour the egg mixture into a bowl, add the flour to it and stir until the flour disappears

🔹Add the butter and stir gently so that the eggs do not lose the air they contain while whipping.

🔹Pour the cake mixture into the tray, and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes until it turns golden.

🔹Leave the cake until it cools completely.

🔹Prepare coffee syrup, put coffee, water, and sugar in a cup and stir until the sugar dissolves.

🔹Prepare the cream, place the sugar and cream in a saucepan over medium heat until the cream is heated. 

🔹Add the chocolate and stir until it melts, add the vanilla and leave it a little until it cools.

🔹Place the cream in the blender at medium speed until it becomes fluffy and homogeneous.

🔹Shaping the tart, cut the cake into five circular pieces slightly smaller than the size of the tart pan.

🔹Place the cake circles in the tart, and distribute the coffee syrup over the cake pieces until the coffee is well absorbed.

🔹Place the cream in a bag, and cut a small tip from it.

🔹Distribute the cream over the cake pieces until they are completely covered.

🔹Sprinkle cocoa powder on the tiramisu tart, put it in the refrigerator for several hours, then serve.


Tiramisu with cream cheese


💠Ingredients:

 🔹A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.

🔹 Four hundred grams of cream cheese.

🔹 Five hundred grams of cream.

 🔹Two tablespoons of butter.

🔹 A cup and a half of ground sugar.

🔹 Four tablespoons of boiling water.

🔹Two tablespoons of Nescafe.

🔹Twenty to twenty-four pieces of biscuits.

🔹 A quarter liter of milk.

💠Decoration:

🔹 A quarter cup of cocoa powder.

 💠Preparation:

🔹 Place the butter and cheese in the blender at high speed until the mixture becomes fluffy.

🔹 Add vanilla and sugar, and set them aside.

 🔹Whip the cream until fluffy, add the butter and cheese mixture and mix.

 🔹Dissolve the coffee in a cup with water, and set it aside.

🔹Dip the biscuits in milk, and arrange them on a serving plate.

 🔹Pour half the amount of coffee onto the biscuits.

 🔹Place half the cream on top of the biscuits, then a second layer of biscuits dipped in milk and the remaining coffee.

🔹 Apply a layer of cream, then sprinkle cocoa powder.

 🔹Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for three to four hours until the cream solidifies, then serve.


Caramel Tiramisu cake


💠Ingredients:
 
🔹A cup of each:

 🔹Liquid cream.

 🔹Warm coffee.

 🔹Grated chocolate.

 cream.

 🔹A packet of finger biscuits.

 🔹Two hundred grams of soft cream cheese.

 🔹Two boxes of cream caramel.

💠Decoration:

 🔹Cream caramel sauce.

🔹 Grated chocolate.

🔹 Cocoa powder.

💠Preparation:

 🔹Prepare a high-edged, decorated sweets mold, and place a piece of nylon paper inside it, so that the bottom and edges are covered, and part of it remains outside the mold.

🔹Place the warm coffee in a deep dish.

 🔹Dip the biscuit sticks in the coffee, and arrange them vertically along the edges of the decorated mold.

 🔹Place the cream, cream cheese, and caramel cream powder in the bowl of an electric mixer, attach the whisk, run the mixer at medium speed, and mix the ingredients together well until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.

🔹Place the mixture in a deep dish, add the grated chocolate to it, and stir the mixture using a wide plastic spoon until the chocolate is well mixed with the rest of the mixture.

🔹 Distribute two-thirds of the amount of chocolate mixture in the mold, and place another layer of biscuits dipped in coffee, then distribute the rest of the amount of chocolate mixture and the rest of the amount of biscuits.

 🔹Bend the edges of the nylon paper over the biscuits, pressing gently to hold them together.

🔹 Place the tiramisu mold in the refrigerator, and refrigerate it for several hours or overnight.

🔹Take the tiramisu mold out of the refrigerator, and invert the tiramisu onto a suitable serving plate, getting rid of the nylon paper.

🔹Distribute the cream caramel sauce on top, sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate, and serve immediately.


Tiramisu latte


💠Ingredients:
🔹 A quarter cup of mascarpone cheese.

🔹Six pieces of Lady Finger biscuits for tiramisu.

🔹 A cup and a half of milk.

🔹 Half a cup of concentrated milk.

🔹 Two servings of espresso coffee.

🔹 Whipping cream for decoration.

🔹 A tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.

💠Preparation: 

🔹 Whisk the mascarpone cheese with the concentrated milk in a deep saucepan.

🔹Add the milk to the mixture, and heat over medium to low heat, stirring frequently until the mixture becomes smooth.

 🔹Add the biscuit fingers to the mixture, then remove the pot from the heat.

🔹 Pour the hot tiramisu into two cups, add one serving of espresso to each cup, then stir the mixture well until the ingredients combine together.

🔹 Decorate the cups with whipping cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.


Tiramisu with strawberry sauce


💠Ingredients:

 🔹A packet of finger biscuits.

 🔹Two cups of ready-made strawberry sauce.

💠Filling ingredients:

 🔹A cup of cream.

 🔹Two hundred grams of soft cream cheese.

 🔹A cup of sour cream.

 🔹Half a cup of honey.

 🔹A teaspoon of vanilla.

 🔹Strawberry halves - for decoration.

💠Preparation:

🔹 Bring a round mold and cover it with a large piece of nylon to cover the bottom and edges, leaving part of it outside the mold, and set it aside.

💠Preparing the filling:

 🔹Place the cream in the blender bowl, add the cheese, cream, honey and vanilla, and run the blender at medium speed until the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy.

🔹Place the strawberry sauce in a deep dish and lightly dip the biscuit fingers into the sauce.

 🔹Arrange the fingers perpendicular to the sides of the mold.

 🔹Distribute half of the sauce in the mold, then place another layer of biscuit fingers dipped in strawberry sauce and distribute the rest of the filling mixture and the rest of the biscuits.

🔹Bend the ends of the nylon over the biscuits, pressing them lightly, and place the mold in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight to set completely.

 🔹Take the mold out of the refrigerator and get rid of the nylon.

 🔹Invert the mold directly onto a serving plate.

 🔹Distribute the strawberry slices on the surface of the mold and serve immediately.
