French Toast | Sofrat hadhramia




French Baked toast


💠Ingredients: 

🔹White toast slices.

🔹Two tablespoons of white sugar.

🔹A teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

🔹A cup of liquid milk.
Four medium-sized eggs.

🔹A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.

🔹A small pinch of salt.

🔹A little melted butter.

🔹Maple Serb to apply.

💠Preparation
🔹Heat the oven to a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius, prepare an oven tray and cover it with a piece of butter paper.

🔹Mix sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl.

🔹Put the milk, eggs and vanilla, add a pinch of salt in another bowl, and mix the ingredients well until they are completely homogeneous.

🔹Dip the toast slices in the egg mixture, and stir well until covered with an abundance of the mixture.

🔹Arrange the toast slices in the oven tray, greasing the surface with a quantity of melted butter.

🔹Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture on the toast slices in the tray, and put them in the oven.

🔹Bread toast in the preheated oven for about thirteen minutes.

🔹Remove the tray from the oven, turn it on the other side, grease it with butter, then sprinkle it with the sugar and cinnamon mixture and return it to the oven. 

🔹Take out the toast tray from the oven, and transfer the baked toast slices to suitable serving dishes, and serve directly with the Maple Serb.


French toast with red cranberries


💠Ingredients 

🔹Four egg whites. 

🔹French baguette bread

🔹A cup of sugar-free soy milk. 

🔹A quarter of a teaspoon of nutmeg. 

🔹A teaspoon of vanilla.

🔹Four tablespoons of sugar substitute. 

🔹Three quarters of a cup of chopped red cranberries. 

🔹A tablespoon of canola oil. 

🔹A tablespoon of ground cinnamon. 

🔹A quarter cup of finely chopped almonds.

💠Preparation: 

🔹Drizzle an amount of oil in a wide baking pan.

 🔹Cut ten equal-sized pieces of baguette bread, and place them with the red cranberries in the oiled bowl.

 🔹Whisk the egg whites well in a deep bowl, and whisk the milk with two tablespoons of sugar substitute, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla and mix.

 🔹Add the milk mixture to the beaten egg whites, and stir the ingredients well together.

🔹Pour the mixture over the pieces of bread, and stir the bread with the mixture well to cover it on both sides.

 🔹Bake the bread slices uncovered in the oven for about twenty minutes.

 🔹Remove the French toast from the oven, transfer it to suitable serving dishes, sprinkle almonds on top, and serve immediately

French toast with brûlée flavour


💠Ingredients: 
 
🔹Slices of toast bread.

 🔹A cup of cream.

 🔹Four eggs.

 🔹A cup of milk.

 🔹A teaspoon of vanilla.

 🔹Half a cup of white sugar.

🔹 Four tablespoons of soft butter.

 🔹Ready-made raspberry or strawberry sauce.

💠Preparation: 

 🔹Roast slices of toast in a wide frying pan.

 🔹Beat the eggs with cream, milk and vanilla in a deep dish, then dip the pieces of toast in the mixture and stir them until they are covered with a generous layer.

 🔹Heat the butter in a wide frying pan, add the pieces of bread to the butter in the frying pan and stir until they brown and acquire a golden color on all sides.

🔹Remove the toast pieces from the heat, transfer them to a baking tray, then sprinkle them with a tablespoon of sugar.

 🔹Brown the toast in the oven until the sugar turns into a layer of caramel.

 🔹Take the toast out of the oven and leave it until it cools a little, then cut the toast into medium-sized pieces.

 🔹Arrange the toast pieces in a suitable serving dish, and serve them hot with strawberry or raspberry sauce.
