Preparation of Rocky Road:
Ingredients:
One hundred and eighty grams of cocoa chocolate.
Two hundred grams of milk chocolate bars.
One hundred and twenty grams of toasted hazelnuts.
One hundred and twenty grams of toasted almonds.
Three hundred and fifty grams of small circular weevil.
Five hundred grams of small marshmallows.
Half a cup of coconut zest.
Preparation:
Grease two medium-sized trays with a little vegetable oil, and put butter leaves in it, so that it is longer than the edges.
Chop the two types of chocolate and put it in a heat-resistant glass bowl, then put it in the microwave, on medium heat for three to four minutes, stirring the chocolate to make sure it melts .
Mix hazelnuts, almonds, licorice, marshmallow, and coconut in a heat-resistant bowl.
Add the hot chocolate to the mixture and stir well, so that the chocolate is well distributed with the rest of the ingredients.
Divide the mixture into two equal parts, then distribute it in the prepared trays.
Arrange the mixture and distribute it well in the tray, and flatten its surface as much as possible.
Put the tray in the refrigerator for at least four hours, and remove it from the refrigerator, 30 minutes before cutting and serving.

Three hundred grams of good quality raw chocolate.
Three tablespoons of golden syrup (available in the market).
Two hundred grams of biscuits.
One hundred grams of small marshmallows.

Preparation:
Melt the butter with the chopped chocolate, and the syrup in a thick-bottomed saucepan, over a low heat until you have a smooth mixture of chocolate.
Remove the pot from the heat, then keep half a cup of the chocolate mixture.
PpPut the biscuits in a nylon bag, then grind it with the base of a cup or with a rolling pin.
Put the biscuits over the melted chocolate, then add the marshmallows.
Put foil paper in a rectangular tray, brush it with a little vegetable zest, and place the chocolate and biscuit mixture in it.
Distribute the melted chocolate mixture over the Rocky Road, then put the tray in the refrigerator for at least two hours, then cut it into twenty-four pieces and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
