Ten-minutes dough
💠Ingredients:
🔹Five cups of flour.
🔹Three tablespoons of sugar.
🔹Two cups of warm water.
🔹Two tablespoons of powdered milk.
🔹Two teaspoons of yeast.
🔹Half a cup of oil.
💠Preparation:
🔹Sift two cups of flour until it becomes smooth in texture and free of lumps and mix the sugar and powdered milk with it.
🔹Dissolve the yeast in two cups of warm water, leave it for a few seconds until it reacts, then put it on the mixture.
🔹Mix the ingredients together, then leave them for ten minutes until they ferment and rest.
🔹Add three cups of flour, half a cup of vegetable oil and knead well again.
🔹Fill the dough with any type of filling.
Ten-minutes dough with eggs
Ingredients:
🔹Two eggs (separate the yolk from the white).
🔹A quarter cup of vegetable oil or olive oil.
🔹Three tablespoons of coarse white sugar.
🔹One and a half tablespoons of instant yeast.
🔹Three tablespoons of dry milk.
🔹Four cups of all-purpose white flour, pre-sifted.
🔹A quarter teaspoon of table salt.
🔹A cup and a half of lukewarm, not boiling water.
💠Preparation:
🔹Mix white flour with salt in a bowl and set it aside.
🔹Beat the eggs, sugar and water for a few minutes using an electric mixer, then add the yeast and sugar, and continue beating.
🔹Add the amount of oil in the penultimate stage, and whisk until all the liquid ingredients are well combined with each other.
🔹Use the kneading tool, and add flour to the mixture while kneading, to obtain a soft, non-sticky dough.
🔹Place the dough in a bowl, cover it, for at least half an hour, and it is ready for use.
Salty pie
💠Ingredients:
🔹A cup of flour.
🔹Three quarters of a cup of cup cheese.
🔹A tablespoon of soft instant yeast.
🔹Three quarters of a cup of melted butter.
🔹A quarter cup of green olives, sliced.
🔹Half a cup of yogurt.
🔹A pinch of black pepper.
🔹A cup of mozzarella cheese.
🔹Two tablespoons of thyme with sesame.
🔹Half a cup of cheddar cheese.
🔹Four large eggs.
🔹Small spoon of salt.
🔹A tablespoon of olive oil.
🔹A medium chopped green pepper.
🔹A quarter cup of sliced black olives.
🔹A medium chopped red pepper.
🔹Four hot dog fingers.
💠Preparation:
🔹Grease a decorative mold or open-centered mold with oil.
🔹Place the yeast with the flour in a deep bowl and mix them well; the mixture becomes creamy.
🔹Place the eggs, cups cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese, and mix them with butter, yogurt, pepper, and salt in the blender bowl.
🔹Install the mixer and turn it on medium speed, then add the flour and yeast, and mix for one to two minutes, until a thick mixture is formed.
🔹Add both types of peppers with olives and hot dogs, and stir them with a plastic spoon.
🔹Pour the mixture into the oiled decorative bowl, wipe the surface of the mixture with olive oil, and sprinkle thyme on the surface of the mixture.
🔹Cover the mold with nylon until it doubles in size, and leave it for 30-40 minutes.
🔹Bake in a 200 degree Celsius oven for 40-45 minutes until it becomes golden in color.
🔹Take the mold out of the oven, leave it for ten minutes to cool in the mold, then invert it onto a serving plate.
🔹Serve the dish with pickles and yogurt.
