💠Preparation:

🔹Beat the butter after adding powdered sugar in a bowl, manually or automatically using a mixer, until we obtain a mixture of cream with a smooth texture.

🔹During the whipping process, add one egg with vanilla, while continuing the whipping process.

🔹Add the white flour with the starch and baking powder, mixing the mixture well, and then add this mixture to the previous butter mixture gradually and carefully, while continuing to stir and mix it until the final dough holds together and is homogeneous.

🔹After completing the previous process, store the dough in the refrigerator for a period of time of approximately half an hour to ensure its complete consistency.

🔹Then cut the dough into very small balls, each of which is the size of a hazelnut, then arrange the biscuit pieces in a non-tight manner on the baking tray, leaving a space of four or five centimeters between each piece.

🔹In the meantime, heat the gas oven to one hundred and seventy degrees Celsius for a period ranging from fifteen to twenty minutes.

 🔹Place the previous pieces of biscuit dough in the oven to be baked and wait until the color of the bottom side of the biscuit turns golden, and at the same time we will notice that the surface of the biscuit will remain white.

 💠Preparation: 

 🔹Prepare a bowl, pour the sugar and vegetable ghee into it, mix them well, then add the vanilla and eggs, and stir the ingredients well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

 🔹After that, add the starch, flour, a pinch of salt, and baking powder to the sugar and ghee mixture, and knead the mixture well until you obtain a cohesive dough.

 🔹Note: If the dough is too soft, add a little flour to it and knead it.

 🔹Start shaping the dough, depending on the desired shape.

 🔹Bring a tray and arrange the pieces of biscuits in order.

 🔹Turn the oven on at a normal temperature, place the tray in it, and leave the biscuits in the oven until it turn yellow.

 🔹Take the tray out of the oven, and start filling the dessert with jam. After that, leave the dessert aside to cool.

 🔹Prepare a serving plate, arrange the Lancashire pieces in it, and serve it cold with a cup of coffee.

 💠Ingredients: 

 🔹Four cups of pre-sifted white all-purpose flour.

 🔹Four cups of corn flour (starch).

 🔹Two teaspoons of baking powder.

 🔹Two cups of soft butter at room temperature, preferably using unsalted butter.

 🔹Two and a half cups of finely ground white sugar.

 🔹Four medium-sized eggs, at room temperature.

 🔹Two teaspoons of vanilla extract.

 💎Filling and decorating ingredients:

 🔹An amount of chocolate melted in a water bath, or in the microwave.

 🔹A quantity of ground nuts, such as walnuts, pistachios, or almonds.

 🔹An amount of jam, whether apricot or strawberry.

 💠Preparation: 

 🔹Preheat the oven before starting the dough preparation process, and this is the basic rule in all types of baked pastries or sweets.

 🔹Mix the sifted white flour with the amount of starch and sifted baking powder also well.

 🔹Mix the soft butter with the sugar using an electric mixer for at least three minutes, to ensure that the two ingredients blend with each other, and obtain a cream-like mixture.

 🔹Shape the dough into small circular pieces, reaching the size of a walnut.

🔹Arrange the dough pieces in a tray on parchment paper, making sure to space each piece more than 1 cm apart, so that the dough pieces do not stick to each other.
