The Garlic sauce

Preparing potato garlic dip

🔹Place the egg yolks with: vinegar, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper in the bowl of an electric mixer and run the mixer at medium speed until the ingredients are well mixed together.

🔹Worcestershire sauce.

🔹A teaspoon of white pepper.
🔹Two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.

🔹Place all ingredients together in a deep dish and mix well using a large spoon or a hand whisk until a smooth, homogeneous sauce is formed. You can add more liquid milk if the sauce is a bit thick.
