The Garlic sauce

  Garlic is one of the plants classified as herbal plants. This plant is widely found in various regions of the world, and garlic is used in the preparation of many types of food. One of the best things that can be prepared from this plant is garlic sauce. Garlic sauce is considered one of the best types of sauce that can be placed alongside some delicious and delicious dishes. Such as fried and grilled chicken, kebabs, French fries, and many other irresistible foods.


  Garlic contains three hundred and forty calories per sixty grams of garlic sauce. It also contains fats, carbohydrates, saturated fats, and a number of other nutrients. Garlic sauce may come ready-made with some dishes purchased from the market, and it can also be prepared with ease at home. Preparing this type of food is considered safe because it consists of some sensitive materials such as eggs, and we will mention below how to prepare it.

Garlic sauce without eggs


💠Ingredients:

🔹Two cups of water.

🔹 Six tablespoons of starch.

🔹A spoonful of salt.

🔹Four cloves of crushed garlic.

🔹 Half a cup of corn oil.

🔹 Half a spoon of vinegar.

 🔹Small tomatoes.

 🔹Small onion.

 🔹Small mushroom.

 🔹Chopped capsicum.

💠Preparation:

 🔹Place both water and starch in a small saucepan.

 🔹Place the pot on low heat until the mixture is hot.

 🔹Stir constantly until the mixture becomes consistent and smooth.

 🔹Place the mixture in a wide dish, and leave it to cool slightly at room temperature.

 🔹Place the starch, garlic, and salt in the blender bowl.

 🔹Run the blender continuously while gradually adding oil .

 🔹Add vinegar.

🔹Turn on the blender to obtain a white mixture that has a mayonnaise-like consistency.

 🔹Place the garlic sauce in a glass jar with a lid.

 🔹Close the container and place it in the refrigerator one hour before use.

Garlic sauce with olive oil

💠Ingredients: 

 🔹Two tablespoons of each: olive oil, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.

 🔹Half a cup of yogurt.

 🔹A large potato.

 🔹Salt.

 🔹Eleven garlic cloves or more.

 💠Preparation: 

 🔹Boil the potatoes, then peel them.

🔹Place olive oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise, yogurt, boiled potatoes, garlic, and salt in a large bowl.

 🔹Mix the ingredients together well until they are combined and the mixture becomes smooth and resembles whipped cream.

 🔹Place the garlic sauce in the refrigerator to cool.

Garlic sauce with mayonnaise


 💠Ingredients: 

 🔹Three tablespoons of yogurt.

 🔹A tablespoon of mayonnaise.

 🔹One clove of garlic.

 🔹A tablespoon of vinegar.

 🔹A teaspoon of ketchup.

💠Preparation: 

 🔹Place the yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, vinegar, and ketchup in a deep bowl.

 🔹Mix the ingredients well together until combined.

 🔹Season the mixture to the appropriate desire.

 🔹Serve the garlic sauce with shawarma.

Garlic dip


 💠Ingredients:
 
 🔹A cup and a half of cold water.

 🔹A tablespoon of cornstarch.

 🔹Two tablespoons of garlic powder.

 🔹Half a cup of olive oil or vegetable oil.

 🔹A quarter cup of ice water.

 🔹A teaspoon of each: salt and lemon juice.

💠Preparation:
 
🔹Put the starch and cold water in a small saucepan. 

🔹Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the color of the mixture becomes transparent. 

🔹Cover the mixture and let it cool completely. 

🔹Put the starch and garlic mixture in the food processor. 

🔹Add oil gently to the mixture. 

🔹Gradually add ice water until you get the right consistency for the sauce. 

🔹Add lemon juice. Stir the mixture, then serve.
 

Preparing garlic dip


 💠Ingredients:
 
 🔹Two tablespoons of white vinegar.

 🔹Eighteen cloves of large garlic, crushed.

 🔹A pinch of white pepper.

 🔹A tablespoon of lemon juice.

 🔹A cup of oil.

 🔹Two egg whites, at room temperature.

 🔹A quarter teaspoon of salt.

💠Preparation: 

 🔹Beat the egg whites in an electric mixer, then start adding oil to it slowly, with the need to continue the mixing process until the consistency of the mixture becomes thicker, after which stop this process, then add a spoonful of vinegar and lemon and continue mixing again.

 🔹Add the oil again gradually and slowly, while continuing to mix until the consistency becomes thicker.

🔹Add one spoon of vinegar, in addition to white pepper and salt, then complete this process again, adding oil until the mixture becomes similar to mayonnaise.

 🔹Put the garlic - with the above ingredients - and complete the process again for about two minutes, then remove the mixture from the blender, put it in a suitable bowl and put it in the refrigerator.

Preparing potato garlic dip


💠Ingredients: 

 🔹Egg white.

 🔹A spoon of mayonnaise.

 🔹A boiled potato.

 🔹A clove of crushed garlic.

 🔹A teaspoon of mayonnaise.

 🔹A teaspoon of oil.

💠Preparation 

 🔹Mix the egg white in an electric blender with the crushed garlic.

 🔹Put the oil on top of the previous mixture, until it becomes more cohesive.

 🔹Place the previous ingredients in a suitable bowl, then sprinkle salt over them.

 🔹Add the mashed potatoes and mayonnaise, mix the ingredients well, then serve them, or put them in the refrigerator if we want to use them later.  

Shawarma garlic sauce 


 💠Ingredients: 

 🔹Two cloves of crushed garlic.

 🔹Three quarters of a cup of corn oil (equivalent to 120 g).

 🔹A teaspoon of vinegar.

 🔹A quarter teaspoon of salt.

 🔹Whites of two large eggs.

💠Preparation: 

 🔹Place egg whites, salt and garlic in a blender bowl.

 🔹Run the mixer on medium speed and mix well.

 🔹Add oil in a thin stream from the blender nozzle while it is running, then add vinegar until shawarma garlic is formed.

Garlic shawarma without eggs

💠Ingredients: 

 🔹A cup of sunflower oil (equivalent to 160 g).

 🔹A quarter cup of soy milk (equivalent to 40 g).

 🔹Salt.

 🔹Lemon.

 🔹Two cloves of garlic.

 🔹Black pepper.

💠Preparation: 

 🔹Add oil and soy milk to the blender bowl.

 🔹Mix the mixture in the bowl until the milk begins to emulsify.

 🔹Continue mixing until you get the right consistency for shawarma garlic.

 🔹Add lemon juice and salt as desired and mix well.

 🔹Taste the mixture to ensure you get the desired taste.

 🔹Divide the mixture into two equal parts.

 🔹Finely chop the garlic and grind it well.

🔹 Add crushed garlic to half the mixture.

 🔹Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper as desired and mix well.

Garlic Sauce with starch

💠Ingredients: 

 🔹Three tablespoons of starch.

 🔹Three quarters of a cup of water (equivalent to 120 g).

 🔹Three cloves of garlic.

 🔹Four tablespoons of vegetable oil.

🔹 A teaspoon of lemon juice.

 🔹Half a teaspoon of salt.

💠Preparation: 

🔹The method for making garlic dip with starch is to put the amount of starch with water in a pot over the fire, then stir it until it dissolves, then put it on a low heat with continuous stirring until the mixture becomes thick.

 🔹Leave it to cool a little, then mash the garlic finely, then put it in the electric blender with lemon juice and salt, then add the starch mixture to the ingredients in the blender until it has a homogeneous consistency.

🔹Add the vegetable oil gradually while continuing to mix until you have the appropriate garlic mixture with the appropriate density and creamy white color.

 🔹Place the garlic dip in the refrigerator until it solidifies for an hour before use.

Garlic sauce with yogurt

💠Ingredients: 

 🔹One cup of yogurt (equivalent to 160 g).

 🔹Three cloves of finely mashed garlic.

 🔹Three tablespoons of mayonnaise.

 🔹A tablespoon of vegetable oil.

 🔹A pinch of salt.

💠Preparation: 

 🔹The way to make garlic dip with yogurt is to add all the ingredients, except for the oil, together in an electric blender, then mix them until you have a homogeneous and thick mixture.

 🔹Add vegetable oil and repeat the mixing again until you have quick-prepared garlic dip with a distinctive taste and texture.

Potato garlic dip

💠Ingredients: 

 🔹Two boiled potatoes.

 🔹Five cloves of finely mashed garlic.

🔹 A quarter cup of vegetable oil (equivalent to 40 g).

 🔹A pinch of salt.

 🔹A sprinkle of both white and black pepper.

💠Preparation: 

 🔹Place all the ingredients together in the electric blender, except for the vegetable oil, then mix the ingredients together until you have a homogeneous and thick mixture.

 🔹Add the vegetable oil in a thin thread, and continue mixing until you have a thick, homogeneous mixture with a good consistency.

 🔹Keep garlic dip in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Mayonnaise sauce

💠Ingredients: 

 🔹Two egg yolks.

 🔹Half a cup of corn oil (equivalent to 80 g).

 🔹A quarter cup of fresh lemon juice (equivalent to 40 g).

 🔹Half a teaspoon of mustard paste.

 🔹Half a teaspoon of hot sauce or chili.

🔹A teaspoon of vinegar.

 🔹A quarter teaspoon of white pepper.

 🔹A small pinch of salt - as desired.

 💠Preparation: 

 🔹Place the egg yolks with: vinegar, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper in the bowl of an electric mixer and run the mixer at medium speed until the ingredients are well mixed together.

🔹Add the mustard to the mixture and run the blender at a slow speed. Add the corn oil in the form of a thin thread or small drops while continuing to run the blender. 

🔹After the mixture becomes thick and cohesive, the oil can be added in a larger quantity and not in the form of drops or a thread.

 🔹Stop adding oil if some oil collects on the surface of the mayonnaise and no additional amount can be absorbed. This is evidence that the mayonnaise has been saturated and is ready.

🔹Adjust the mayonnaise flavor by adding a little salt or lemon juice as desired.

 🔹Place the mayonnaise in an airtight jar or in a dry glass dish, wrap it well with nylon, place it directly in the refrigerator, and serve it cold when needed as a dip, or use it in sandwiches prepared at home, such as shawarma and others.

Ranch sauce

💠Ingredients: 

 🔹Half a cup (equivalent to 80 g) of each:

 🔹Ready-made or home-made mayonnaise.

 🔹Sour cream.

 🔹Liquid milk.

 🔹A tablespoon of each:

 🔹Fine garlic powder.

 🔹Oregano.

 🔹Worcestershire sauce.

 🔹Dried parsley powder.

 🔹Chopped green onions.

 🔹A teaspoon of white pepper.

 🔹Two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.

💠Preparation: 

 🔹Place all ingredients together in a deep dish and mix well using a large spoon or a hand whisk until a smooth, homogeneous sauce is formed. You can add more liquid milk if the sauce is a bit thick.

 🔹Place the ranch dressing in an airtight jar or in a nylon-covered bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about half an hour before use.

🔹Serve ranch dressing as a dip or add it to shawarma sandwiches or burgers.

💠Advice:

 🔹It is always preferable to store sauces in glass jars, so that the taste of plastic does not affect their taste over time.

 🔹Yogurt can always be replaced with curd or yogurt.

 🔹Starch can be replaced with flour, but it is replaced with half the standard, that is, every tablespoon of starch is replaced with half a tablespoon of flour.
