💠Ingredients:

🔹Four and a half cups of flour.

🔹A cup of warm milk.

🔹Half a cup of warm water.

🔹A tablespoon of yeast.

🔹Two tablespoons of fine white sugar.

🔹A teaspoon of table salt.

🔹One medium-sized egg.

💠Preparation:

🔹Bring a deep, clean, suitable-sized bowl, and put milk, salt, butter, sugar, water, and yeast in it.

🔹Add the egg to the ingredients and mix well.

🔹Gradually add flour to the previous ingredients and knead for approximately five minutes or a little more.

🔹Bring a bowl, grease it with vegetable oil, place the dough in it, and leave it in a warm place until it ferments and increases in size. It takes approximately thirty minutes to reach this stage.

🔹Cut the dough into sixteen equal-sized pieces.

🔹Spread each piece separately into a circle and roll it into a cylinder, closing one end of it with your fingers until its shape becomes consistent.

🔹Bring a tray after greasing it with vegetable oil and arrange the prepared bread pieces in it, leaving a little space between them, because their size increases in the oven.

🔹Leave the bread pieces in a warm place to ferment for approximately an hour and a half.

🔹After stacking the bread on the tray, some women resort to brushing the top with eggs, which gives it a shine when it is cooked.

🔹Heat the oven to medium temperature, insert the tray into it, and bake it for approximately fifteen minutes until the bread turns golden.

💠Ingredients:

🔹Three cups of fino flour.

🔹Half a cup of corn oil.

🔹A tablespoon of white sugar.

🔹A tablespoon of instant yeast.

🔹A glass of water, preferably lukewarm.

 🔹Two tablespoons of sesame.

 🔹An egg.

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Put the egg in a bowl and beat it well, then leave it aside.

 🔹Place the flour, sugar, and yeast in a bowl, then add the water and oil and mix well until the ingredients are combined and a dough is formed.

 🔹Cover the dough with a plastic bag, then set it aside for five hours or until it ferments.

 🔹Cut the bread dough into longitudinal shapes, then place it in an oven tray covered with parchment paper.

 🔹A tablespoon of ground black pepper.

 🔹Six large eggs.

 🔹A quarter cup of mortadella.

 🔹A cup of fresh spinach, finely chopped.

 🔹Two cups of finely grated cheddar cheese.

 🔹Add the remaining amount of fino bread over the spinach and mortadella mixture, then sprinkle the top of the tray with cheddar cheese.
