  Cookies are crunchy biscuits, spread in a large number of countries around the world, and are considered one of the most popular types of biscuits in the United States. They differ from regular biscuits in several ways, as regular biscuits do not come in different flavors, and are mostly free of fillings and additives. As for cookies, may be filled with chocolate, oats, coconut, or nuts

Regular cookies


💠Ingredients:

🔹Two and a half cups of white flour.

🔹A pinch of salt.

🔹A teaspoon of baking soda.

🔹A cup of butter (at room temperature).

🔹Three quarters of a cup of brown sugar.

🔹Three quarters of a cup of regular table sugar.

🔹Two large eggs.

🔹A teaspoon of vanilla powder or liquid.

💠Preparation:

🔹Preheat the oven to 190°C before starting.

🔹Mix the flour, salt and baking soda together in a bowl, until they are combined and all the flavors reach the entire amount of flour.

🔹Mix the butter and the two types of sugar together in another bowl using a hand mixer. 

🔹You can also mix them in an electric mixer, and after they are mixed, add the eggs and vanilla to them and mix again.

🔹Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until a cohesive and somewhat sticky dough forms.

🔹Prepare a baking tray by covering it with oven-proof parchment paper, then arrange the cookies dough in the form of spaced circles using a large spoon in the tray. You must leave a good distance because the dough doubles in size and becomes flat and circular when baked.

 ðŸ”¹Bake the cookies in the oven for nine to ten minutes or until they turn golden.

 ðŸ”¹Take the cookies out of the oven and place them on a paper towel to cool for about five minutes.

 ðŸ’ŽNote: It can be eaten cold or hot, depending on the person’s desire, and with a cup of milk or hot tea.

 ðŸ”¹Three quarters of a cup of brown sugar.

 ðŸ”¹Half a teaspoon of salt.

 ðŸ”¹A cup of butter (at room temperature).

 ðŸ”¹Two cups of white flour.

 ðŸ”¹A teaspoon of baking soda or three tablespoons of baking powder.

 ðŸ”¹A teaspoon of vanilla powder or liquid.

 ðŸ”¹Two tablespoons of liquid milk.

 ðŸ”¹Two small cups of chocolate chips for cookies.

 ðŸ’ Preparation: 

 ðŸ”¹Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

 ðŸ”¹Mix vanilla, eggs, butter, and both types of sugar together well in a bowl.

 ðŸ”¹Add white flour and baking soda to the previous mixture gradually until a sticky and cohesive dough is formed.

 ðŸ”¹Add two tablespoons of liquid milk to the mixture and mix well.

 ðŸ”¹Add chocolate chips to the dough while stirring gently.

 ðŸ”¹Spray the baking tray with a baking spray, then place the cookie dough on it spaced apart using a small or medium spoon, as desired.

 ðŸ”¹Bake the cookies in the oven for about eight minutes, or until they turn golden.

 ðŸ”¹Remove the tray from the oven, and place the cookies on a paper to cool for about five minutes.

M&M's chocolate cookies


 ðŸ’ Ingredients: 

 ðŸ”¹Two and a half cups of flour.

 ðŸ”¹A cup of brown sugar.

 ðŸ”¹A cup of soft butter.

 ðŸ”¹Half a cup of regular sugar.

 ðŸ”¹Two eggs.

 ðŸ”¹A teaspoon of baking powder.

 ðŸ”¹A little pinch of salt.

 ðŸ”¹A cup and a half of M&M's chocolate chips.

 ðŸ’ Preparation: 

 ðŸ”¹Mix white sugar with brown sugar and butter, so that they are at room temperature, and whisk the ingredients together very well until the mixture becomes light and creamy.

 ðŸ”¹Add one egg after another to the previous mixture, and continue beating well.

 ðŸ”¹Sift the flour well to get rid of any lumps in it, then add the baking powder and a pinch of salt.

 ðŸ”¹Add the sugar mixture to the flour, and continue stirring well using a wooden spoon.

 ðŸ”¹Then add the M&Ms, and stir the mixture again.

 ðŸ”¹Place the mixture in the refrigerator for thirty minutes until it solidifies a little.

 ðŸ”¹Turn on the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.

 ðŸ”¹Put a small amount of the mixture, and place it in a suitable tray with a piece of baking parchment paper on it, making sure that the cookies are far away from each other because they will melt.

 ðŸ”¹Bake it in the oven for only eight to ten minutes.

 ðŸ’ŽNote: You will notice that the cookies are very soft. All you have to do is leave them until they cool completely at room temperature, then remove them from the parchment paper, then serve them.

 ðŸ”¹Then add the white sugar and brown sugar, whisking constantly to obtain a creamy consistency. 

🔹Then add the flour and baking powder gradually after sifting it, while stirring with a wooden spoon. To obtain an airy texture for the dough.

 ðŸ”¹Add the chocolate pieces and walnuts to the dough, and mix the ingredients well.

 ðŸ”¹Place the cookies dough in the refrigerator for thirty minutes until it hardens.

 ðŸ”¹Bring a flat tray and start rolling the dough, spreading it on the parchment paper, taking care to leave a space between the pieces, then place the tray in an oven at 175 degrees Celsius for ten minutes.

 ðŸ”¹Leave the cookies on the tray until they cool completely on the tray, then serve them.
