 Mayonnaise and ketchup are considered the most famous types of sauce in the world. They are used in many foods, such as: fast food, salads, and appetizers. They can be purchased from the market for a small amount of money, or prepared at home with simple ingredients available in any home, but they mustn't be eaten in large quantities, as they contain a lot of calories and fats. In this article, we will learn how to make mayonnaise sauce, in addition to how to make 
ketchup sauce
💠Ingredients:
🔹Half a cup of mayonnaise.
🔹Half a cup of ketchup.
🔹A tablespoon of mustard.
 💠Instructions: 
🔹Mix the ingredients together using a wire or a fork.
Mayonnaise sauce
 💠Ingredients:
 ðŸ”¹Egg yolk.
 ðŸ”¹One hundred milliliters of vegetable oil.
 ðŸ”¹A tablespoon of mustard.
 ðŸ”¹A teaspoon of vinegar.
 ðŸ”¹Salt and black pepper to taste.
 ðŸ’ Instructions:
 ðŸ”¹In an electric blender, mix the eggs, mustard, vinegar, pepper, and salt until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
🔹Add vegetable oil to the mixture gradually, and continue mixing, until you have a mixture with a creamy consistency.
Basil mayonnaise sauce
 ðŸ’ Ingredients:
 ðŸ”¹Two egg yolks.
 ðŸ”¹A third of a cup of lemon juice.
 ðŸ”¹A third of a cup of sunflower oil.
 ðŸ”¹A third of a cup of olive oil.
 ðŸ”¹Two cloves of finely mashed garlic.
 ðŸ”¹Half a bunch of finely chopped green basil.
 ðŸ”¹Salt and black pepper to taste.
 ðŸ’ Instructions:
 ðŸ”¹Put the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in the electric blender, and mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
 ðŸ”¹Add olive oil and corn oil to the mixture, and continue mixing.
 Add the crushed garlic and chopped basil to the mixture, and mix well using a spoon.
Ketchup sauce
 ðŸ’ Ingredients:
 ðŸ”¹Five tomatoes.
 ðŸ”¹Six cloves of finely mashed garlic.
 ðŸ”¹A quarter cup of grated onions.
 ðŸ”¹Four tablespoons of sugar.
 ðŸ”¹Vinegar as desired.
 ðŸ”¹Two tablespoons of starch.
 ðŸ’ Instructions:
 ðŸ”¹Squeeze the tomatoes well, and drain them well.
 ðŸ”¹Put tomato juice, onions, and garlic in a bowl, then put the mixture on medium heat, and leave it until it reaches the boiling stage.
 ðŸ”¹Add sugar, vinegar, and salt to the mixture, continue mixing, then leave it on low heat until combined.
 ðŸ”¹Dissolve the starch with a small amount of water, then add the mixture to the previous mixture, and stir well.
 ðŸ”¹Remove the pot from the heat, and leave it aside until it cools, while continuing to stir it from time to time so that it does not clump.
