🔹Half a cup of mayonnaise.
🔹Half a cup of ketchup.
🔹A tablespoon of mustard.

🔹Mix the ingredients together using a wire or a fork.
Mayonnaise sauce

🔹Egg yolk.
🔹One hundred milliliters of vegetable oil.
🔹A tablespoon of mustard.
🔹A teaspoon of vinegar.

🔹Two cloves of finely mashed garlic.
🔹Half a bunch of finely chopped green basil.
🔹Salt and black pepper to taste.

🔹Put the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in the electric blender, and mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
🔹Add olive oil and corn oil to the mixture, and continue mixing.
Add the crushed garlic and chopped basil to the mixture, and mix well using a spoon.
Ketchup sauce
💠Ingredients:
🔹Five tomatoes.
🔹Six cloves of finely mashed garlic.
🔹A quarter cup of grated onions.
🔹Four tablespoons of sugar.
🔹Vinegar as desired.
🔹Two tablespoons of starch.
💠Instructions:
🔹Squeeze the tomatoes well, and drain them well.
🔹Put tomato juice, onions, and garlic in a bowl, then put the mixture on medium heat, and leave it until it reaches the boiling stage.
🔹Add sugar, vinegar, and salt to the mixture, continue mixing, then leave it on low heat until combined.
🔹Dissolve the starch with a small amount of water, then add the mixture to the previous mixture, and stir well.
🔹Remove the pot from the heat, and leave it aside until it cools, while continuing to stir it from time to time so that it does not clump.
