🔹Half a cup of mayonnaise.

🔹Half a cup of ketchup.

🔹A tablespoon of mustard.

 ðŸ”¹One hundred milliliters of vegetable oil.

 ðŸ”¹A third of a cup of sunflower oil.

 ðŸ”¹A third of a cup of olive oil.

 ðŸ”¹Two cloves of finely mashed garlic.

 ðŸ”¹Half a bunch of finely chopped green basil.

 ðŸ”¹Salt and black pepper to taste.

 ðŸ”¹Put the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in the electric blender, and mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

 ðŸ”¹Five tomatoes.

 ðŸ”¹Six cloves of finely mashed garlic.

 ðŸ”¹A quarter cup of grated onions.

 ðŸ”¹Four tablespoons of sugar.

 ðŸ”¹Vinegar as desired.

 ðŸ”¹Two tablespoons of starch.

 ðŸ”¹Squeeze the tomatoes well, and drain them well.

 ðŸ”¹Put tomato juice, onions, and garlic in a bowl, then put the mixture on medium heat, and leave it until it reaches the boiling stage.

 ðŸ”¹Add sugar, vinegar, and salt to the mixture, continue mixing, then leave it on low heat until combined.

 ðŸ”¹Dissolve the starch with a small amount of water, then add the mixture to the previous mixture, and stir well.

 ðŸ”¹Remove the pot from the heat, and leave it aside until it cools, while continuing to stir it from time to time so that it does not clump.
