Pasta sauce


Pasta sauce is available in the market, including pasta sauce, or pizza sauce. It is a concentrated mixture of tomatoes with different ingredients to enhance its flavor. It is used to prepare various dishes, such as pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken, and it is used in the same way as homemade sauce, but it tastes a little stronger.

Pasta with ready-made sauce


💠Ingredients:

🔹Five hundred grams of pasta.

🔹A box of ready-made tomato sauce.

🔹Five tomatoes.

🔹A medium-sized onion.

🔹Salt and black pepper to taste.

🔹A teaspoon of paprika.

🔹A tablespoon of olive oil.

💠Preparation: 

🔹Boil the pasta in boiling and salted water until it is cooked. 

🔹Stir the oil and onion in a frying pan over a medium heat for two minutes, then add the tomatoes and stir until softened. 

🔹Add the sauce, salt, sweet pepper, and paprika, and leave the sauce until thick for ten minutes, then serve with pasta. 

Homemade pasta sauce 


💠Ingredients: 

🔹Two and a half kilograms of ripe red tomatoes. 

🔹A tablespoon of tomato paste. 

🔹Two tablespoons of olive oil. 

🔹Half a teaspoon of salt. 

🔹Crushed garlic clove. 

🔹Laurel leaves, fresh basil sticks. 

💠Preparation: 

🔹Cut the tomatoes in half and get rid of the seeds, then grate them and get rid of the peel. 

🔹Put the tomatoes, oil, garlic, basil and laurel in a saucepan over a high heat. 

🔹Add salt, and stir until boiling for two minutes. 

🔹Reduce the heat, and leave the sauce on the fire until it becomes a little thick for ten to fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally.

Chicken with pasta sauce


💠Ingredients: 

🔹Four boneless chicken breasts. 

🔹A tablespoon of vinegar. 

🔹A teaspoon of Italian spices. 

🔹Half a teaspoon of mixed spices. 

🔹Half a cup of rusk. 

🔹Half a cup of wheat flour. 

🔹A pinch of paprika. 

🔹Two eggs. 

🔹¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese. 

🔹Half a cup of mozzarella. 

💠Macaroni sauce ingredients: 

🔹A small piece of finely chopped onion. 

🔹A quarter cup of olive oil. 

🔹Two medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and chopped. 

🔹A pinch of sugar. 

🔹A teaspoon of mashed garlic, or half a tablespoon of garlic powder. 

🔹Half a tablespoon of salt, or as desired. 

🔹A quarter of a teaspoon of dried basil. 

🔹A quarter of a teaspoon of ground fennel. 

🔹A quarter of a teaspoon of dried  thyme. 

🔹Half a cube of chicken stock. 

💠Preparation: 

🔹Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes, then season with salt, vinegar, Italian spices, mixed spices, and garlic, and set it aside for an hour. 

🔹Preheat the oven to high heat, grease a baking tray with a little butter, and cover with parchment paper. 

🔹Stir the onion in a saucepan over a medium heat with a little oil, then add all the ingredients mentioned to the sauce, and cook them until they become thick. 

🔹Mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan in a wide dish, mix the flour with paprika and salt in another plate, and beat the eggs. 

🔹Season the chicken with the flour mixture, then in the scrambled eggs, then wrap it in rusk. 

🔹Put the chicken in the tray and grill it for twenty minutes, until it is cooked and browned. 

🔹Add the sauce to the chicken, then spread the mozzarella cheese on top, and grill it in the oven for an additional five minutes. 

🔹Serve the chicken with boiled pasta, or boiled vegetables.

Tomato pasta sauce


💠Ingredients:

🔹10 peeled tomatoes. 

🔹Two tablespoons of concentrated tomato paste. 

🔹Two medium onions, cut into very small pieces. 

🔹A quarter of a teaspoon of ground garlic or a clove of chopped garlic. 

🔹Mushrooms, cut into small cubes. 

🔹A teaspoon of dried basil. 

🔹A teaspoon of dried thyme (Oregano). 

🔹Two tablespoons of olive oil. 

🔹Half a kilo of minced meat. 

🔹Half a teaspoon of salt.

💠Preparation:

🔹peel and chop the onions. 

🔹Put the chopped onions with two tablespoons of olive oil on a medium heat in an appropriate skillet. 

🔹Add the minced meat to the pot, and stir well, until the water dries up and its color changes. 

🔹Leave the onions until they wilt, and their color tends to be blond. 

🔹Add a small amount of boiling water, then mix the minced meat with the onions and stir well. 

🔹Add the mentioned tomato paste, herbs and salt to the meat, and cook for half an hour or until the ingredients are homogeneous. 

🔹Before serving the dish, you can add any other type of seasoning you want and the amount of salt that suits your taste. 

🔹Add the sauce to the spaghetti pasta and a little grated cheese and decorate the dish the way you suit. 

Pasta with tomato sauce


💠Ingredients:

🔹A bag of spaghetti pasta. 

🔹Two cups of tomato sauce. 

🔹A piece of chopped onion. 

🔹A teaspoon of formed spices. 

🔹Half a teaspoon of cumin. 

🔹Half a teaspoon of black pepper. 

🔹Half a teaspoon of salt. 

🔹A teaspoon of chili (optional). 

🔹Two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

🔹Put the water on the fire and let it boil and cover, after the water starts to boil, add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of oil, then add the pasta to the bowl.

Pesto pasta 


💠Ingredients: 

🔹A box of spaghetti pasta. 

🔹Three cups of fresh basil leaves. 

🔹A cup of pine nuts. 

🔹Half a cup of walnuts. 

🔹Two cloves of garlic. 

🔹Three quarters of a cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. 

🔹Three quarters of a cup of olive oil. 

🔹Half a teaspoon of salt. 

🔹Ground black pepper, as desired. 

💠Preparation:

🔹Put the pine nuts and walnuts on a tray and roast them in the oven until they become golden, knowing that the pine nuts are roasted more quickly, so it is preferable to roast them separately. 

🔹Remove the tray from the oven and leave it to cool completely. 

🔹Put all the ingredients for the sauce together in the electric mixer, mix well until it becomes like a paste, and transfer it to a large bowl. 

🔹Boil the spaghetti pasta with salted water. 

🔹Transfer the spaghetti from the water and add it to the pesto sauce. 

🔹Stir well until completely wrapped in the sauce. 

🔹Transfer the spaghetti to the serving plate, sprinkle the parmesan on it and serve.

Pasta with white sauce


💠Ingredients:

🔹Chicken weighing a kilogram. 

🔹Three cubes of chicken stock. 

🔹A bag of spaghetti pasta. 

🔹A third of a cup of mozzarella cheese. 

🔹Fifty grams (half a finger) of butter. 

🔹Fifty grams of flour. 

🔹Three cups of liquid milk. 

🔹Twenty-five grams of grated Parmesan cheese. 

🔹A quarter of a teaspoon of white spice. 

💠Preparation 

🔹Dissolve the butter in a small saucepan to prepare the sauce. 

🔹Add the flour, and leave the mixture on the fire for two minutes, stirring.

🔹Add the amount of tomato paste, spices and salt, and stir all the ingredients together and leave it on the fire until it starts to boil. 

🔹Put the boiled spaghetti pasta on a serving plate, add the delicious meat sauce, and serve hot. 

Prepare pasta with white sauce 

💠Ingredients: 

🔹Five hundred grams of pasta in the form of ribbons. 

🔹Four cubes of chicken broth. 

🔹Six teaspoons of flour. 

🔹Eight tablespoons of butter. 

🔹One liter of liquid milk. 

🔹Two cloves of crushed garlic. 

🔹Green pepper (cut into small pieces). 

🔹One cup of mozzarella and cheddar (two grated and mixed together). 

💠Preparation: 

🔹Put in a wide saucepan of water, pasta and some salt, and leave it on the fire until it is cooked. 

🔹After maturity, remove the pasta from the water and set it aside.

🔹Put the remaining four tablespoons of butter in another pan on the fire to melt, and put the amount of flour over it, and stir well until you notice that it is colored yellow, then gradually add the amount of milk while continuing to stir and be careful not to The sauce is clumped, then add the chicken broth cubes and stir the sauce well until you notice that it has become thick, then turn off the fire. 

🔹Add the white sauce to the pasta and stir them together well, then add the green pepper and the amount of cheese, stir all the ingredients well, and remove the dish from the heat. 

🔹Serve the pasta dish with white sauce, after pouring it into serving dishes.


Shrimp pasta with tomato sauce 


💠Ingredients: 

🔹400 grams of Fossley pasta. 

🔹Three tablespoons of olive oil. 

🔹Two hundred and fifty grams of peeled and cleaned shrimp. 

🔹Three cups of tomato sauce. 

🔹Parmesan cheese to serve. 

🔹Two cloves of crushed garlic. 

🔹A spoonful of finely chopped anchovies. 

🔹Salt and black pepper to taste. 

🔹Half a chopped onion. 

🔹Quarter of a cup of black olives, cut into slices. 

🔹A quarter cup of basil. 

💠Preparation:

💠Ingredients: 

🔹¼ cup of virgin olive oil. 

🔹Two chopped hot red peppers. 

🔹Four hundred grams of penne pasta.
