Chicken filling


💠Ingredients:

🔹Half a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

🔹A potato, cut and fried.

🔹An amount of turmeric powder.

🔹Two boiled eggs, cut into cubes.

🔹Four teaspoons of fresh and chopped parsley.

🔹Two hundred grams of chicken breasts cut into cubes.

Turkish pastrami filling

🔹Four teaspoons of milk.

🔹Egg yolk.

🔹Four teaspoons of corn oil.

🔹Cut the red pepper into thin slices, and place them in a concave bowl.

🔹Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and place it on the red pepper.

🔹Add the pastrami to the previous ingredients, and stir well.

🔹Mix the two eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and corn oil.

🔹Start with the filling, by spreading the dough with the egg mixture, and placing the pastrami mixture on top.

Potato filling


💠Ingredients:

🔹Two potatoes, boiled and mashed.

🔹Finely chopped onions.

 🔹A quarter cup of vegetable oil.

 🔹Half a tablespoon of salt.

 🔹A quarter tablespoon of black pepper.

 🔹Half a tablespoon of paprika.

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

 🔹Sauté the onions in the pan until wilted.

 🔹Add onions to the mashed potatoes, and season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

 🔹Stir the ingredients well, and leave the filling to cool slightly before using.

 

Meat filling

 💠Ingredients:

 🔹Three hundred grams of minced meat.

 🔹A tablespoon of olive oil.

 🔹Finely chopped onion.

 🔹A teaspoon of mixed spice, cinnamon, and pomegranate molasses.

 🔹A tablespoon and a quarter of salt.

 🔹A quarter spoon of black pepper.

 🔹Finely chopped tomato.

 🔹A quarter cup of fried pine nuts

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Place the minced meat and olive oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan over medium heat, and stir the meat until its water dries up and its color becomes dark brown.

 🔹Add the onion and stir until it wilts.

 🔹Add the spices, salt, pepper and cinnamon, stir the ingredients together for two minutes, then add the pomegranate molasses, remove the pan from the heat, and leave the filling to cool slightly before adding the tomatoes and pine nuts to it.

 🔹Distribute the filling into the dough cups until they are completely filled.

Spinach filling


 💠Ingredients:

 🔹One kilogram of chopped spinach.

 🔹Three medium-sized onions, finely chopped.

 🔹Two tablespoons of sumac.

 🔹A teaspoon of salt.

 🔹A teaspoon of Al Harr paste - as desired.

 🔹Olive oil - as desired-.

 🔹A teaspoon of lemon zest.

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Blanch the spinach, filter it, and squeeze it with your hands, or rub it well with salt instead of boiling.

 🔹Add all the filling ingredients to the spinach and mix well.

 Cinnamon filling

💠Ingredients:

 🔹Six tablespoons of melted butter.

 🔹Four tablespoons of honey.

 🔹A cup of each: crushed walnuts and light brown sugar.

 🔹Two teaspoons of cardamom and cinnamon.

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Place the walnuts in a deep dish and put: cardamom, brown sugar and cinnamon in another deep dish, then stir the ingredients together.

 🔹Place the melted butter in a deep dish, and use it to dip the dough in it.
