Potato pastries


💠Ingredients:

🔹A glass of milk.

🔹A cup of all-purpose white flour.

🔹Two teaspoons of instant yeast.

🔹A teaspoon of fine white sugar.

🔹A pinch of salt.

🔹A cup and a half of white flour.

🔹Half a cup of vegetable oil.

🔹Half a teaspoon of baking powder.

💠For the filling:

 🔹A medium-sized potato.

 🔹Half a teaspoon of salt.

 🔹A clove of crushed garlic.

 🔹A quarter teaspoon of black pepper.

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Prepare the first part of the dough by putting the flour, yeast, sugar, milk, and salt in the electric mixer.

 🔹Mix the ingredients well until the ingredients are combined, and leave the mixture for approximately ten minutes until it doubles in size.

 🔹Prepare the second part of the dough, by adding vegetable oil and baking powder to the first part of the dough, and mixing the ingredients together to form a cohesive dough.

 🔹Prepare the filling by boiling the potatoes, mashing them well, and placing them in a medium-sized bowl.

 🔹Add garlic, salt, and black pepper to the previous ingredients, and stir well.

 🔹Spread the dough on a floured surface, and place a little of the potato filling in the middle of the dough.

 🔹Roll the dough into a roll, place it inside a tray greased with a little oil, and place it in a preheated oven at a medium temperature for about ten minutes until it browns.

 🔹Remove the tray from the oven, cut the potato dough into medium sizes, and serve it hot or cold as desired.

Potato and onion pastries


💠Ingredients:

 🔹One and a half kilograms of medium-sized potatoes.

 🔹One medium sized onion.

 🔹Two medium-sized eggs.

 🔹Three tablespoons of white all-purpose flour.

 🔹Three cloves of crushed garlic.

 🔹A bunch of finely chopped dill.

 🔹Salt, as desired.

 🔹Black pepper, as desired.

 🔹Vegetable oil, for frying.

 🔹Sour cream for serving, if desired.

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Grate potatoes and onions in a bowl.

 🔹Add eggs, flour, garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper, and mix the ingredients well until the mixture becomes cohesive.

 🔹Divide the mixture into small balls and shape them into circles.

 🔹Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and place the potato pancakes for two minutes until their edges are browned.

 🔹Place the pancakes in a plate suitable for serving alongside the sour cream.

Potato pastries with eggs and cheese


 💠Ingredients:

 🔹Two cups of grated potatoes.

 🔹Scrambled egg.

 🔹Half a cup of white all-purpose flour.

 🔹A pinch of salt.

 🔹A sprinkle of black pepper.

 🔹A sprinkle of garlic powder.

 🔹A tablespoon of soft butter.

 🔹A cup of cheddar cheese, grated.

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Mix potatoes with eggs, flour, pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl and mix well.

 🔹Melt the butter in a frying pan on the stove, and put an amount of the potato mixture in the pan using a ladle.

 🔹Stir the mixture in the pan until it turns into a circular shape.

 🔹Sprinkle cheddar cheese.

 🔹Place an amount of the potato mixture, leave it for approximately ten minutes, turn it over to the other side, leave it for approximately another ten minutes, remove it from the pan, and place it in appropriate serving dishes.
