Middle Eastern countries, especially the Levant, are famous for preparing vermicelli desserts, and there are many ways to prepare vermicelli desserts, which we will discuss during this article.

Vermicelli dessert with sugar


💠Ingredients:

🔹One cup of vermicelli.

🔹Three quarters of a cup of sugar.

🔹Two tablespoons of butter.

💠Preparation:

🔹Bring a frying pan and put the vermicelli in it, then roast it until it turns golden.

🔹Add water to the vermicelli, then reduce the heat, and leave it until it absorbs the amount of water.

🔹Add the sugar to the vermicelli and stir until it dissolves, then add the butter and continue stirring for several minutes.

🔹Bring a serving dish, then pour the vermicelli dessert into it, then decorate it with nuts and coconut and serve.

🔹A cup and a half of vermicelli.

 🔹Eight cups of sugar.

 🔹Half a cup of butter.

 🔹A cup and a half of liquid milk.

 🔹A teaspoon of vanilla powder.

 🔹A teaspoon of ground cardamom.

 🔹Two tablespoons of pistachios.

 🔹Two tablespoons of sliced ​​almonds.

 🔹Add the milk and sugar mixture to the vermicelli, and continue stirring until the milk dries and the vermicelli becomes soft.

 🔹Bring a serving dish, then pour the vermicelli dessert into it, decorate it with an amount of coconut, pistachios, and almond slices, then serve it.

💠Ingredients:

 🔹A packet of Pakistani noodles.

 🔹Two envelopes of cream caramel.

 🔹Two cups of milk.

 🔹A large box of cream.

 🔹A large envelope of plain biscuits.

 🔹A large can of condensed milk.

 🔹Six pieces of cream cheese.


💠Facial mixture Ingredients:

 🔹A quarter teaspoon of cocoa.

 🔹Instant coffee.

 🔹Toasted coconut.

 🔹Stick of butter.

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Melt a little butter in a frying pan, add the noodles, brown them a little, then place the noodles in a Pyrex tray.

 🔹Two teaspoons of baking powder.

 🔹One hundred grams of cream cheese.

 🔹Four eggs.

 🔹Half a tablespoon of vanilla.

 🔹A cup to a quarter of sugar.

 🔹A cup to a quarter of oil.

 🔹A cup of noodles.

 🔹Condensed milk for serving.

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Stir the cream cheese until it becomes soft, then add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil.

 🔹Gradually add the flour to the mixture, then add the baking powder, and mix the ingredients well.

 🔹Pour the mixture into the cake mold greased with a little butter.

 🔹Sprinkle the vermicelli evenly on the surface of the mold, then place it in a preheated oven at a medium temperature, and leave it for an hour.

 🔹Pour condensed milk on top of the cake before serving it.

Pakistani noodles with nuts

💠Ingredients:

 🔹A quarter kilogram of noodles.

 🔹Twenty-five grams of powdered sugar.

 🔹One hundred grams of condensed milk.

 🔹A pinch of saffron soaked in a tablespoon of milk.

 🔹Four cardamom pods.

 🔹Two tablespoons of ghee.

 🔹Half a cup of each: almonds, pistachios, raisins, and cashews.

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Heat a pot over medium heat, melt a little ghee in it, then add the cardamom.

 🔹Break the vermicelli, add it to the ghee, and stir well until it browns, then add the milk and condensed milk, and continue stirring.

 🔹Add the sugar, and continue stirring until you get a thick mixture. Add the saffron, stir again, then pour the mixture into serving dishes, and garnish with nuts.
