Beetroot Juice _ Sofrat hadhramia



Beetroot 


Beetroot has many benefits because it contains nutrients such as: vitamins, most notably vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, and it contains a number of minerals including iron, magnesium, and potassium, and it also contains nitrates.

Beetroot and apple juice

đź’ Ingredients:
  • Two medium beetroots.
  • One green apple.
  • Three medium carrots.
  • A tablespoon of chia seeds - as desired-
đź’ Preparation:
  • Wash the apple, beetroots, and carrots well with water, then peel and chop them.
  • Put the pieces of beetroots, carrots, and apple in a fruit juicer until you get juice.
  • Add chia seeds to the juice.
  • Leave the juice for five minutes to soak the chia seeds.
  • Put the juice in serving cups and add crushed ice to it as desired and serve immediately.

Beetroot and ginger juice


đź’ Ingredients:
  • A large beetroot.
  •  Ice cubes - as desired -
  • A square piece of ginger, two centimeters long.
  • A medium piece of each of:
  • Carrot.
  • Apple.
  • Orange.
  • Three leaves of turnip leaves.
đź’ Preparation: 

  • Wash the beets, apples, carrots, oranges, ginger and turnip leaves with water, then peel the ingredients and cut them into longitudinal pieces.
  • Put the cut ingredients in a juicer and turn it on to make juice.
  • Prepare two serving glasses and fill them with ice as desired, then pour the juice and serve immediately.
  • You can use an electric blender if you do not have a juicer by cutting the fruits into longitudinal pieces, putting the fruits that contain juice and mixing them well, then adding the other fruits.
  • Bring a clean piece of cloth and pour the mixture into it, close it tightly with one hand and use the other to squeeze the mixture well inside a deep bowl.

Beetroot and Apple Cocktail


đź’ Ingredients:
  • 2 small boiled beets.
  • 2 tablespoons honey.
  • 2 apples.
  • Ice cubes - for serving-.
  • Soda water - for serving-.
đź’ Preparation: 

  • Put the beets in the blender bowl and add the apples and honey.
  • Add ice cubes to the blender bowl as desired then run the blender on medium speed until the ingredients are ground and a smooth, homogeneous drink is formed.
  • Pour the apple and beetroot cocktail juice into serving glasses until the glass is two-thirds full then add soda water on top and serve.

Beetroot juice (royal color)


đź’ Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of purple grapes or (dark red grapes)
  • 2 small plums.
  • 1 large beetroot.
  • Ice - for serving-.
đź’  Preparation:
  • Peel the beets, then put them in the juicer, add the grapes, then turn on the juicer until you get the juice mixture.
  • Pour the juice into serving cups and add ice as desired.
  • Peel the plums and remove the seeds from the middle, then put the plum halves in the juicer and squeeze them.
  • Add the plum juice to the beet juice in the cups and mix them until the mixture is homogeneous.

Beetroot and carrot juice

đź’ Ingredients:
  • Half a beet, peeled and chopped.
  • Four carrots, peeled and chopped.
  • A small piece of ginger.
  • Juice of half a lemon.
  • Half a cup of water.
  • Ice - for serving-.
đź’ Preparation:
  • Wash the carrots and beets well with water and set them aside until they dry.
  • Peel the beets and cut them into small pieces, as well as peeling and cutting the carrots into small pieces.
  • Put the carrot and beet pieces in the blender bowl, then add half a cup of water and a small piece of ginger.
  •  Add lemon juice to the mixture in the blender bowl, then turn on the blender at medium speed.
  • Grind the mixture with the blender until a smooth mixture is formed without any large pieces, then pour the juice into a fine strainer and place a bowl under the strainer to filter the juice.
  • Press the mixture in the strainer to lower the juice into the bowl and get the largest amount of juice.
  • Puor the juice into serving cups and serve it immediately to get the most benefit from the juice.
