Green okra with chicken and tomato
💠Okra ingredients:
🔹1 kg chicken.
🔹2 teaspoons of fine coriander.
🔹1 teaspoon of salt.
🔹1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
🔹3 tablespoons of butter or ghee.
🔹1 large chopped onion.
🔹6 cloves of crushed garlic.
🔹2 pods of hot green pepper.
🔹1 kg of okra.
🔹4 large tomatoes.
🔹2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
🔹1/2 cup of chopped green coriander.
🔹1/2 cup of chopped green basil.
🔹Vermicelli rice for serving.
💠Garlic mixture ingredients:
🔹1 tablespoon of ghee.
🔹3 cloves of crushed garlic.
🔹1/4 teaspoon of fine coriander.
💠Preparation:
💎Prepare okra:
🔹Put coriander, salt, and black pepper on the chicken pieces, and leave them until the chicken absorbs all the spices, then set aside.
🔹Put butter or ghee in a large pot, then put it on high heat until the butter melts and heats well.
🔹Add the chicken pieces to the butter and stir gently until the chicken absorbs the flavor of the butter and spices.
🔹Add the chopped onion and garlic cloves to the chicken, stirring constantly until their smell appears, then add the pepper to the mixture and stir continuously for several seconds.
🔹Add the okra to the chicken mixture, stirring gently until the okra absorbs the flavor of the chicken, onion, and garlic.
🔹Reduce the heat on the pot, and leave the okra for several minutes until it wilts.
🔹Prepare tomato juice by placing the tomatoes and lemon juice in an electric blender, and operate it at high speed.
🔹Add the tomato juice, coriander, and basil to the pot and cover it.
🔹Leave the pot on medium heat until the chicken and okra are cooked.
💠Preparing the garlic mixture:

🔹Half a teaspoon of whole black pepper.
💠Ingredients for the okra mixture:
🔹Half a cup of soaked tamarind.
🔹A kilogram of okra.
🔹Two hot peppers, cut into halves.
🔹Ten cloves of garlic, cut into halves.
🔹Three large tomatoes, cut into halves.
🔹Two large dried limes.
🔹Three tablespoons of oil or ghee.
🔹A tablespoon of tomato paste.
🔹A teaspoon of mixed spices.
💠Preparation:
💎Boil the meat:
🔹Place the meat in a deep pot and cover it with water, and heat it over high heat until it boils and foam forms, then remove the foam.
🔹Add cinnamon, cardamom, onion, pepper, bay leaf, black pepper, and salt, and leave the meat to cook over medium heat until it is cooked.
🔹Remove the meat from the pot and leave it in a plate aside, then filter the broth into a deep plate while pressing on the remaining ingredients to obtain the broth extract, and keep it.
🔹Place the ghee in a deep pot, and sauté the meat until it browns, then remove it from the pot, and leave it aside.
💎Okra mixture:
🔹Add garlic to the pot, stir until golden, then add okra and stir over high heat until soft and yellow.
🔹Put tomatoes in a blender and run on medium speed until tomato juice forms, then add to okra, then add meat, dried lime, tamarind, and broth.
🔹Cover the pot and leave on medium heat until okra is cooked and a thick broth forms.
🔹Pour okra into a deep serving dish and serve with vermicelli rice.
Okra Soup
💠Ingredients:
🔹A bag of okra.
🔹Three tomatoes.
🔹An onion.
🔹A kilogram of meat.
🔹Five cloves of cardamom.
🔹Four cloves of garlic.
🔹Four tablespoons of corn oil.
🔹Two tablespoons of tomato paste.
🔹Two teaspoons of salt.
🔹A teaspoon of each of cinnamon, cardamom, and coriander.
🔹Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
💠Preparation:
🔹Put two tablespoons of oil in a pot, put it on high heat, then add the meat and stir it several times until it browns.
🔹Immerse it in water and add cinnamon, cardamom, onion, and a spoonful of salt, and leave the pot on medium heat until the ingredients are cooked and the water is absorbed, then strain the meat and keep the broth aside.
🔹Put the rest of the oil in a pot and sauté the meat pieces until they acquire a delicious taste, then add the onions and garlic and stir them until they turn golden.
🔹Add each of: cinnamon, cardamom, salt, pepper, and coriander and stir the ingredients until they are mixed with the meat.
🔹Add the okra and stir it with the meat, then add a little broth, and leave it for a few minutes until the okra absorbs the broth.
🔹Put the tomatoes in a blender to squeeze them.
🔹Add the remaining amount of broth, tomato juice, tomato paste, and pepper pods to the okra.
🔹Leave the okra on low heat until it thickens well, then serve.
Okra stew
💠Ingredients:
🔹One hundred and twenty grams of beef fillet cut into slices.
🔹Two cups of okra.
🔹Lemon juice.
🔹2 cups of chopped tomatoes.
🔹1/4 cup of chopped fresh coriander.
🔹2 cloves of crushed garlic.
🔹Half a teaspoon of hot pepper paste - as desired.
🔹1 tablespoon canola oil.
🔹1 teaspoon of salt.
🔹Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
🔹Five peeled onions.
💠Preparation:

🔹Place the okra in a tray, sprinkle it with oil, then place it in the oven.
