💠Ingredients:
🔹A cup of toasted sesame.
🔹A tablespoon of flour.
🔹A quarter of a teaspoon of salt and can be increased as desired.

💠Preparation:
🔹Start by purifying the sesame from impurities, then put it in a frying pan of Tefal without adding oil.
🔹Roast the sesame a little on a medium heat for two minutes, but while continuing to stir until it is toasted and changes color a little and its smell begins to appear.
🔹Crush the roasted sesame in the mill until it becomes very smooth, knowing that you can roast a quantity of sesame and save it without tire yourself every time to roasting it.
🔹Bring a bowl and put the flour into the ground sesame, then stir them together until they are homogeneous, then put them in the electric mixer.
🔹Start by gradually adding corn oil and salt, then mix the ingredients together for up to three to five minutes, until the mixture becomes thick and homogeneous. Just put the tahini mixture that you made in a glass jar and keep it ready for use.
Parsley salad

🔹¼ cup of tahini.
🔹Lemon juice.
🔹Two cloves of garlic.
🔹Salt as desired.
🔹A bunch of chopped parsley.
🔹A tablespoon of olive oil.
🔹A tablespoon of yogurt.
💠Preparation:
🔹Mix the tahini with the yogurt, then add the lemon juice to the mixture, then the salt until the mixture is well mixed.
🔹Add the chopped garlic to the flour mixture. Finely chop the parsley and mix it well with the tahini mixture.
🔹Garnish with a little olive oil.
Tahini vegetable salad
💠Ingredients:
🔹Three cucumbers.
🔹Three tomatoes.
🔹Two tablespoons of finely chopped parsley.
🔹Two tablespoons of finely chopped mint.
🔹A tablespoon of finely chopped basil.
💠Sauce:
🔹Four tablespoons of tahini.
🔹A clove of crushed garlic.
🔹A tablespoon of lemon juice.
🔹Two tablespoons of yogurt,
🔹A pinch of salt and black pepper.

🔹Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes, then chop them finely, then put them in a large bowl, add the parsley, mint, and finely chopped basil.

🔹Mix the tahini, mashed garlic, lemon juice, milk, salt and pepper, mix well, then pour over the salad. Mix the salad well and keep it cool until serving time.
Chickpea salad with tahini sauce

🔹A cup of chickpeas, soaked for the night and boiled.
🔹Finely chopped onion.
🔹Two and a half cups of chopped tomatoes.
🔹A pinch of black pepper.
🔹Two tablespoons of coarsely chopped parsley.
🔹A tablespoon of finely chopped coriander.

🔹Three cloves of crushed garlic.
🔹A pinch of salt.
🔹Two tablespoons of tahini.
🔹Lemon juice.
🔹A tablespoon of olive oil.

🔹Mix the chickpeas, onions and tomatoes, after cutting them into cubes, and add the parsley, coriander and black pepper in a large bowl. To prepare the sauce, mix well with garlic, salt, tahini sauce, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
