Anise Biscuit
💠Ingredients:
- A cup and a half of white flour.
- A teaspoon of anise seeds.
- Two eggs.
- A third of a cup of vegetable oil.
- A third of a cup of sugar.
- A teaspoon of vanilla.
- A teaspoon of baking powder.
💠Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix the oil with sugar using an electric mixer.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and mix again, then add the anise.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder, and mix them with the anise well until a somewhat heavy dough is formed.
- Bring a medium, rectangular tray.
- Pour the dough mixture into the tray and spread it as evenly as possible.
- Place it in the hot oven for 20 minutes on the middle rack.
- Remove the tray from the oven and leave it until it cools completely.
- Cut the biscuits into equal rectangles after they cool.
- Turn the oven on the grill and brown it.
Anise and milk biscuits
💠Ingredients:
- Three cups of flour.
- Two cups of sugar.
- A cup of oil.
- Two tablespoons of anise.
- A packet of baking powder.
- A quarter teaspoon of vanilla.
- Three eggs.

- A cup of liquid milk.
💠Preparation:
- Heat the oven to a medium temperature.

- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients.

- Instant coffee with a cup of boiling water.

- Six hundred grams of cream cheese.
Homemade caramel ingredients:
- A cup of brown sugar.
- Half a cup of cream.
- One hundred grams of butter.

- Put the butter in a saucepan, put it on the fire until it melts, add the brown sugar and stir them together until a homogeneous mixture is formed, then add half a cup of cream while continuing to stir or you can add cream, and leave the mixture until it becomes completely cold.
- Dissolve the coffee with a spoon of sugar and boiling water and put it in a saucepan.
- Put the cream cheese in the blender bowl, beat it a little, then add about a cup of caramel, and mix them together until the color changes, then add the cream to make the mixture a little soft.
- Cover the biscuits with a small amount of the coffee mixture, place them in the Pyrex dish, and repeat the step until all the biscuits are finished.
- Arrange the biscuits side by side, then place the cream mixture on top of them, then place a layer of chopped plain chocolate, then a second layer of biscuits, then place the caramel in a bag open from the corner, and put it on the biscuits, then sprinkle the crushed cake on the face, then serve.
Date Stuffed Biscuits
💠Ingredients:
- Two eggs.
- A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.
- Three quarters of a cup of flour.
- Half a cup of powdered sugar.
- A cup of soft butter.
💠Filling ingredients:
- Half a teaspoon of ground cardamom and cinnamon.
- A tablespoon of butter.
- A quarter cup of pitted dates.
💠Preparation:
- Put the sugar and butter in the mixer bowl, attach the wire whisk, and operate the mixer on medium speed for two to three minutes until the mixture becomes creamy.
- Add an egg and operate it on medium speed until it disappears completely, then add the vanilla and the second egg and operate it on medium speed until it disappears completely.
- Remove the wire whisk, fix the stirring paddle, then add the flour and turn on the mixer on low speed, then medium speed until the dough is formed, without kneading too much.
- Shape the dough into a disc and cover it with a piece of nylon, then leave it in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes.
💠Prepare the filling:
- Put each of: cardamom, dates, butter, and cinnamon in a deep plate.
- Stir the dates with the butter with your fingertips until a cohesive and homogeneous dough is formed, then cut the date dough into medium-sized balls, then shape them into medium-thick ropes, and set the date ropes aside.
- Fix the wire rack in the middle of the oven, and heat the oven to a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius.
- Bring short-edged trays, then place a piece of parchment paper in them.
💠Shape the biscuits:
- Take an amount of dough the size of an egg, place it on the table and spread it with your fingertips until it becomes rectangular.
- Place a rope of dates in the middle of the rectangle, and close the two ends of the rectangle around the dates, pressing lightly on the dates until they are completely covered with the biscuit dough.
- Roll the date-stuffed dough rope with your fingertips to get a smooth and consistent cylinder, press the dough cylinder lightly with your fingers until it becomes rectangular.
- Press lightly on the dough with the tines of a fork to create a consistent decoration on the biscuit.
- Cut the dough cylinders using a sharp knife into pieces, then arrange the biscuit pieces on the trays, leaving space between each piece.
- Place the date-stuffed biscuit trays in the oven for eight to ten minutes until they become light golden in color.
- Remove the biscuits from the oven, leave them until they cool completely, then transfer them to a serving plate or in a tightly sealed container, then serve.
