Oatmeal biscuit with Oil


đź’ Ingredients:
  • A cup of oats.
  • A quarter cup of sugar.
  • Half a cup of flour.
  • An egg.
  • A quarter cup of vegetable oil.
  • Half a tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
  • Two teaspoons of baking powder.
  • A pinch of vanilla and salt.
  • Four teaspoons of white honey.
đź’ Preparation:
  • Mix the oats, flour, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla, salt, sugar, honey, and vegetable oil until you get homogeneous dough.
  • Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  • Take a small amount of dough using a spoon and place it on a baking tray.
  • Repeat until you finish the existing amount.
  • Put the tray in the oven for at least fifteen minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked.

Sesame Biscuits with Oil

  • Four cups of flour.
  • A cup of sugar, and liquid milk.
  • Half a cup of vegetable oil.
  • An egg.
  • A pinch of vanilla powder.
  • Two tablespoons of baking powder.
  • A cup of roasted sesame, and liquid milk for the sesame coating.
đź’ Preparation:
  • Mix the flour and baking powder.
  • Put the egg, milk, oil, vanilla, and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer.
  • Beat well until all the ingredients are combined, then pour the mixture over the flour, and knead well until you get a cohesive dough.
  • Cover the dough, and let it rest for up to ten minutes.
  • Divide the dough into a group of small balls, then shape them into a rectangle.
  • Grease the baking tray with a little butter.
  • Dip each piece in milk, then in sesame and place directly on the tray. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at a temperature of no less than 180 degrees for no less than fifteen minutes until they turn golden.

Make butter and oil biscuits

  • one hundred and twenty-five grams of butter.
  • 100 grams of sugar.
  • An egg.
  • Two hundred grams of flour.
  • Two tablespoons of grated lemon peel.
  • Pinch of baking powder.
  • A quarter of a teaspoon of salt.
  • Three tablespoons of brown sugar.
  • Two tablespoons of vegetable oil for fat.

  • Put the butter and sugar in the bowl of the electric mixer, and beat all the ingredients well.
  • Add egg, and beat all ingredients until you have foam.
  • Add the flour, lemon peel and salt, in addition to baking powder and beat the ingredients well until you get a paste.
  • Put the dough in the fridge for at least two hours.
  • Preheat the oven to a temperature of not less than one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius.
  • Spread the dough on a floured surface, then cut it into a group of small circles.
  • Wipe the oven tray with oil, then put the circles in it, with the necessity of spreading brown sugar on the face.  
  • Put the tray in the oven until it becomes a brown blonde.
