Grilled Steak with White Sauce
💠Ingredients:
- Fresh ground black pepper.
- Salt - to taste.
- A tablespoon of olive oil.
- Three thin slices of red steak.
💎Ingredients for the white sauce:

💠Preparation:

- Sprinkle a generous amount of salt and pepper on the meat.

- Mustard paste.
- Tomato paste.
- A tablespoon of each of the following:
- Thick vinegar.
- Flour.
- A small chopped onion.
- Half a cup of each of the following:
- Cream.
- Water.
- Two cups of sliced mushrooms.
- A sprinkle of pepper.
- Half a teaspoon of each:
- Basil.
- Oregano.
- Four pieces of thick steak.
💠To serve:
- Sauteed vegetables.
💠Preparation:
- Place the steak in a wide tray, then sprinkle pepper, oil, oregano and basil.
- Take the meat cuts using a meat tenderizer to soak up the spices.
- Place the steak pieces in a thick nylon bag, then add vinegar, and place the steak in the refrigerator for several hours.
- Place the butter and a small amount of olive oil in a wide, thick-bottomed frying pan, and place the pan on high heat until the butter melts.
- Add two pieces of steak to the pan, and wait for two to three minutes.
- Turn the steak using kitchen tongs to the other side, and leave the steak on high heat for four minutes until it is cooked.
