  • Half a teaspoon of each:
  • Basil.
  • Oregano.
  • Four pieces of thick steak.

💠Preparation:
  • Place the steak in a wide tray, then sprinkle pepper, oil, oregano and basil.
  • Take the meat cuts using a meat tenderizer to soak up the spices.
  • Place the steak pieces in a thick nylon bag, then add vinegar, and place the steak in the refrigerator for several hours.
