Ice Cream

Ice cream is one of the sweets that everyone loves; young and old, especially in the summer, as it is the perfect solution to relieve the feeling of heat, as it is a refreshing and delicious dessert in such hot weather.

Many people prefer to get ice cream from restaurants or sweet shops, where fresh crunchy biscuits are available, but today we will present a method for preparing fresh and crunchy ice cream biscuits at home in an easy and simple way.

Ice Cream Biscuits

đź’ Ingredients:

  • A cup of milk.

  • An egg.
  • Egg white.

  • Three quarters of a cup of sugar.

  • A cup of flour.

  • Two tablespoons of butter, soft.

  • Two tablespoons of honey.

  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla.

  • A teaspoon of baking powder.

đź’ Preparation:

  • Bring a large bowl and put the milk in the bowl, then put the butter over the milk, add the powdered sugar and beat the mixture well and continue beating until the mixture becomes soft like cream.

  • Add the eggs and egg white to the butter, milk and sugar mixture and beat the ingredients together.

  • Add a spoon of vanilla, a spoon of baking powder and a spoon of honey to the previous mixture.

  • Gradually add the flour to the previous mixture and beat well until the dough is homogeneous and leave it to rest for at least a quarter of an hour.

  • Bring parchment paper and grease it with a little ghee and place it in the middle of a tray.

  • Take a piece of dough and spread a thin layer on the parchment paper in the shape of a circle.

  • Put the dough in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees Celsius for ten to fifteen minutes.

  • When the color of the dough changes and becomes golden, take it out of the oven and leave it for a minute, then shape it while it is hot so that it forms quickly.

  • Roll the dough while it is hot on a metal cone in the shape of a cone until get the shape of a cone, or any other shape you want, for example: a star, a cone, use tools such as: a cup, a cone, a plate, and leave it to cool.

  • When the biscuits cool, fill them with ice cream, decorate them with cherries and strawberries, and serve.

Ice Cream with Cake

It is known as fake ice cream, because it uses whipped cream and not ice cream.

đź’ Ingredients:

  • A box of chocolate cake mixture.

  • It is prepared as it is on the box, or you can make a chocolate cake mixture at home.

  • Pieces of the ice cream biscuit dough mentioned above.

  • A cup of whipped cream for decoration.

  • Twenty cherries for decoration.

  • Nuts for decoration and as desired (walnuts, almonds, pistachios).

đź’ Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Cover the biscuit base with tin foil, and place it in the inverted cupcake tray until you have the shape of a biscuit cup.
  • Fill the biscuit cups after they cool with the chocolate cake mixture, as you prepare the chocolate cake mixture exactly as written on the box, but fill two-thirds of the biscuit cup.
  • Put the biscuit tray filled with the cake mixture in the oven for twenty minutes.
  • Take the biscuit out of the oven and leave it to cool completely.
  • Whip the cream and decorate the face of the biscuit in any way you like.
  • Add cherries and nuts.
Tips

  • You can use any type of ice cream you want.
  • You can replace the cup of whipped cream in the first recipe with several cups of ice cream with the flavor you prefer and in the quantity you want.
  • You can decorate the ice cream with more than one type of sauce, and you can use jam diluted with water as a delicious sauce.
