Lemon and ginger drink has many properties and benefits that enhance the health of the person and benefit his body. Lemon and Ginger Juice


💠 Ingredients:
  • Half a cup of each:
  • Sugar.
  • Water.
  • Lemon juice.
  • 2 tablespoons of peeled and chopped ginger.
💠 Method:
  • Put the water, sugar, ginger and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat and stir, then leave the mixture to boil.
  • Reduce the heat, then stir the mixture well for 7-10 minutes, or until the mixture reduces to half its original volume, stir for a longer period if you want a thicker drink.
  • Store the drink in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.

Ginger, Lemon, Orange and Mint Drink


💠 Ingredients:
  • A cup of each:
  • Water.
  • Fresh ginger roots cut into cubes.
  • Fresh lemon juice.
  • Mint.
  • Sugar.
  • Fresh orange juice.
💠 Method:
  • Put all ingredients in a pot over high heat, and leave it until boiling.
  • Transfer the mixture to medium heat after boiling, then leave it for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and leave the mixture until it cools completely.
  • Pour the mixture into a bottle and close it tightly.
  • Store the mixture in the refrigerator until use.

Ginger, lemon and thyme mixture


💠 Ingredients:
  • Two cups of water.
  • Eight leaves of fresh thyme.
  • A quarter cup of fresh ginger roots, chopped.
  • Juice of a lemon.
  • An eighth of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, or hot pepper.
  • A cup of raw honey.
💠 Method:
  • Put ginger, thyme, and water in a pot on the stove.
  • Stir the mixture well until the quantity becomes half the original quantity.
  • Leave the mixture to cool slightly until it becomes somewhat warm.
  • Strain the mixture from the herbs.
  • Add honey, lemon juice, and pepper if using, and stir well.
  • Store it in a dark place for a week, then transfer it to the refrigerator.
