Arugula Salad
💠Ingredients:
- Two bunches of arugula.
- Two medium-sized tomatoes.
- A small slice of onion.
- Two slices of cucumber.
- Half a cup of walnuts.
- Half a cup of olive oil.
- Three tablespoons of white vinegar.
- Three tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses.
- Half teaspoon of salt.
- A quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
- Half teaspoon of sumac.
- Half teaspoon of chili pepper.
💠How to prepare:
- Wash the arugula, wrap it in a damp towel and place it in the refrigerator until it regains its clarity.
- Put the arugula on a serving plate.
- Put the onion, tomato and cucumber slices on top of the arugula.
- Spread the walnuts over this mixture.
- To prepare the salad dressing, put the oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, white vinegar, chili pepper, salt and sumac in a jar and shake it a little until the dressing is ready.
- Spread the dressing evenly over the salad and serve.

- Two cups of washed and cleaned arugula.
