Apple and Orange Juice

- A cup and a half of milk.
- A cup of apples cut into small pieces.
- A cup of orange juice.
- A cup of frozen strawberries.
- A third of a cup of sugar.
- A quarter of a cup of cream.
💠How to prepare:
- Put the frozen strawberries in the blender bowl, and add the apples to it.
- Add the orange juice, sugar and cream to the blender.
- Turn on the blender at medium speed, and blend for a minute until all the ingredients are combined and a homogeneous mixture is formed.

Apple and banana juice with orange

- Juice of one orange.
- One apple.
- A banana.
