Pickled cauliflower

💠 Ingredients:
  • Two chopped hot green peppers.
  • Two cut beets.
  • A cup of vinegar.
  • Three tablespoons of salt.
  • Four cloves of garlic, cut into quarters.
  • Two cauliflowers.
  • Two liters of water.
💠 Preparation method:
  • Wash the cauliflower well, and cut it into the size you want.
  • Mix the vinegar, salt, and water in a bowl.
  • Put the cauliflower, garlic, beets, and peppers in a jar.
  • Pour the water mixture over the cauliflower, close it well, then leave it for ten days.
Pickled cucumbers

  • Two hundred grams of green olives without pits.
  • Two hundred grams of lemons.
  • Two hundred grams of green peppers.
  • A quantity of olive oil, as needed.

  • Finely chop the olives, lemons, and green peppers.
  • Place the vegetables in a tightly sealed jar.
  • Dip the vegetables in olive oil.
  • Close the jar for at least a week, until cooked.

  • A kilogram of eggplant.
  • A finely chopped red pepper.
  • A cup of crushed walnuts.
