How to make coffee biscuits


💠Ingredients:

💎Dough ingredients:
  • A cup and a half of white flour.
  • A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.
  • A third of a cup of light brown sugar.
  • A third of a cup of plain cocoa powder.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A tablespoon of instant coffee.
  • Three quarters of a cup of soft butter.
💎Cream ingredients:
  • Two tablespoons of milk.
  • Two and a quarter cups of fine powdered sugar.
  • A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.
  • Three tablespoons of butter.
💠Preparation:

💎Prepare the biscuit dough:
  • Fix the electric mixer's paddle inside it, then put the butter inside and beat it for thirty seconds at medium speed.
  • Add cocoa powder, liquid vanilla, brown sugar, a little salt and instant coffee to the butter and beat them on medium speed for two to three minutes.
  • Gradually add white flour to the mixture and turn on the mixer and beat all the ingredients together until the dough is formed.
  • Form the dough into a cylinder of the desired length and place it in a suitable container and then put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  • Install the wire rack in the oven and then heat it to a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius.
  • Bring special oven trays with short edges and a suitable size and place pieces of butter paper inside them and leave them aside.
  • Cut the dough using a knife into balls of a small thickness as desired and place them inside the trays, making sure to leave a space between each balls.
  • Bake the biscuits in the oven for eight to ten minutes and then take them out of the oven and leave them aside until they cool completely.
  • Spread the cream on the coffee biscuits and spread it using a knife and then serve.
💎Preparing the cream:
  • Put the butter in a suitable sized pot and place it on the fire and stir it continuously until it turns brown, making sure the fire is medium heat.
  • Remove the pot from the fire aside and put the liquid vanilla, a little milk and sugar on top of the butter.
  • Stir the ingredients together for a little while well to get a smooth, homogeneous creamy mixture, then add the rest of the milk if the cream is solid.
  • Add a little instant coffee on top of the cream mixture while preparing it to get a strong coffee taste.

Coffee Biscuits


💠Ingredients:
  • Two and a half cups of white flour.
  • A tablespoon of instant coffee.
  • Half a cup of vegetable oil.
  • Half a cup of ghee.
  • Three and a half tablespoons of cocoa.
  • One cup of powdered sugar.
💠Preparation:
  • Put the oil, ghee and sugar in a suitable sized bowl and mix all the ingredients together well using a spoon.
  • Put the instant coffee over the cocoa and mix both ingredients well.
  • Add the instant coffee and cocoa mixture over the ghee and oil mixture, then gradually add the flour and mix the ingredients together again well to get a cohesive dough.
  • Shape the dough into an oval shape of the appropriate size as desired and then cut it in half using a knife and expand it slightly to get the familiar coffee beans shape.
  • Place the coffee biscuits in a tray of suitable size, making sure to leave space between each biscuit and the other, and put them in the oven for a short time until they are completely cooked.
