Making Homemade Grape Juice
💠Ingredients:
- Two and a half kilos of fresh grapes.
💠How to prepare:
- Cut the grapes and fill them with a large basket.
- Wash the grapes in a bowl of water, remove the stalks and unripe grapes and place the clean grapes in a large bowl.
- Mash the grapes in a potato masher until the juice starts to flow from them.
- Place the mashed grapes in a large pot over medium to low heat, and cook for ten minutes, stirring constantly so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pot.
- Place a sieve with small holes over a large pot, and place the cooked grapes in the sieve to filter the liquid from the grains.
- Leave the grapes for long hours to filter or overnight in the refrigerator to filter completely.
- Pour the resulting juice into a bowl to serve.
Making Grape Juice

- Two cups of grapes.
- Half a tablespoon of sugar.
- Two to three teaspoons of lemon juice.
- A pinch of salt.

- Four cups of green grapes.

- Serve the grape juice in tall glasses with ice cubes.
Green grape juice with apples

- Thirty to forty grams of green grapes.
- A small amount of fresh mint.

- Wash both: apples and grapes, then cut the apples into quarters.
