In this article, we will talk about how to prepare fino bread at home with the least amount of effort and time.
Fino with butter
💠Ingredients:
🔹One and a quarter kilograms of well-sifted white flour.
🔹A spoonful of instant yeast.
🔹A spoonful of bread improver or baking powder.
🔹A tablespoon of sugar.
🔹Half a cup of water or more - as needed.
🔹A cup of powdered or liquid milk (preferably powder).
🔹Two tablespoons of oil.
🔹A quarter cup of melted butter.
🔹A quarter spoon of salt.
💠Preparation:
🔹Activate the yeast by dissolving it with sugar and a little warm water in a cup.
🔹Mix the ingredients together except water, and add the activated yeast mixture.
🔹Gradually add water and knead continuously for five minutes, until you have a cohesive dough that is easy to form and sticks slightly to the hand.
🔹Place the dough in a plastic bag and keep it in a warm place for an hour until it doubles in size.
🔹Sprinkle a little flour on the dough and on the surface so that it does not stick, then divide it into small, equal-sized circles.
🔹Spread the dough circles with the stock until they become circles about six centimeters thick.
🔹Roll the circles into a cylindrical shape, then close the ends well on all sides.

Fino with eggs
💠Ingredients:
🔹One kilogram of first-class flour.
🔹Twenty grams of yeast.
🔹Five grams of enhancer.
🔹Fifty grams of sugar.
🔹Fifty grams of powdered milk.
🔹Fifty grams of butter.
🔹Two eggs.
🔹Three hundred and fifty milliliters of liquid milk or water for kneading.

🔹Knead the ingredients well until you form a cohesive dough.
🔹Place the dough in a plastic bag and leave it aside to rest.
🔹Shape the dough into discs weighing 100 grams, then shape them into cylinders.
🔹Place the dough cylinders on a greased baking sheet, then leave them to rise again, then sprinkle a mixture of: an egg, 100 milliliters of liquid milk, a pinch of salt, a pinch of vanilla, and a pinch of sugar on top (it is not recommended to brush it because the fermenting dough will fall).
🔹Sprinkle a little sesame and black seed as desired.
🔹Place the sheet in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius until the bread is cooked.

🔹Half a cup of butter.
🔹Milk for kneading.
🔹Half a teaspoon of salt.
🔹Two tablespoons of sugar.
🔹A tablespoon of instant yeast.
🔹A grain of eggs.

🔹Mix yeast with sugar, flour and salt, and knead well.
