Cookies


Cookies is one of the Western sweets similar to biscuits. It consists of flour, butter, eggs, and other ingredients that are light and delicious at the same time. A person can add any additional ingredients or flavors to his dough, such as oats, raisins, and chocolate chips. It is eaten as a snack with a cup of milk for breakfast, dinner, or Between main meals, it can be prepared at home with ease as it does not require effort, time, or even many ingredients.

Oatmeal cinnamon cookies


💠Ingredients:

🔹1/2 cup of butter (equivalent to 100 grams).

🔹1/2 cup of sugar (equivalent to 110 grams).

🔹2 tablespoons of honey (equivalent to 30 grams).

🔹1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (equivalent to 2.5 grams).

🔹2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon (equivalent to 10 grams).

🔹1/2 cup of flour (equivalent to 75 grams).

🔹A teaspoon of baking powder (equivalent to 5 grams).

🔹1/2 cup of oats (equivalent to 100 grams).

🔹1/2 teaspoon baking soda (2.5 grams).

💠Preparation:

🔹Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

🔹Place the butter in a saucepan over medium heat with the sugar and honey, then stir the ingredients together until they dissolve.

 🔹Add the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, then stir the ingredients together until a fairly smooth dough is formed.

🔹Place pieces of cookie dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper using an ice cream scoop.

🔹Place the baking tray in the oven for 10 minutes until slightly browned, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool, then place in a serving dish.

💠Ingredients:

 🔹A cup of oats (80 grams).

 🔹A ripe banana.

 🔹1/2 cup chocolate chips (100 grams).

 💠Preparation:

 🔹Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

 🔹Place the banana in a deep bowl and mash until very smooth with a fork.

 🔹Add oats and stir the ingredients together.

 🔹Add chocolate chips and stir together until combined.
